In my life I have buried both sons due to suicides, my only son in law to massive stroke, thought I had married my Jnr high sweetheart/ soul mate, but after 41years of suffering her numerous infidelities, surviving for my daughter and granddaughters, listening to Norah Jones voice lyrics music , I just lay here resting my soul, thank you!
Obviously one of the most under rated entertainers today. As good as most on the "top fourty". How could you not like the sultry voice, the musicianship, and the beauty of this womans work.
I have been following Nora's music since 2003, when she took home 4 Grammy's. Anyone else remember that? I was totally blown away by her voice, first time I heard "Don't Know Why" on the radio. She is amazing.
sings, plays piano and guitar and interprets songs. she doesn't bounce all over the stage. she can interpret blues and country music with the same intensity, bringing out the soul and emotion of both genres. yes, who can't help loving her.
Tonight you're mine...COMPLETELY You give your love...SO SWEETLY Tonight the light of love is in your ...EYES WILL YOU STILL LOVE ME TOMORROW? Is this a lasting...TREASURE? Or just a moment's ...PLEASURE? Can I believe the magic of your ...SIGHT? WILL YOU STILL LOVE ME TOMORROW? Tonight with words...UNSPOKEN You say that I'm ..THE ONLY ONE But will my heart be BROKEN? When the nights meet the MORNING STAR? I would like to know that your love Is love I can be sure of So tell me now and I won't ask again WILL YOU STILL LOVE ME TOMORROW?
Yes, I'm going to be "That" person but out of respect to Carol King & Gerry Goffin (RIP) the correct lyrics are: Tonight you're mine completely You give your love so sweetly Tonight the light of love is in your eyes But will you love me tomorrow Is this a lasting treasure Or just a moment's pleasure Can I believe the magic of your sigh Will you still love me tomorrow Tonight with words unspoken You say that I'm the only one But will my heart be broken When the night meets the morning sun I'd like to know that your love Is love I can be sure of So tell me now and I won't ask again Will you still love me tomorrow Will you still love me tomorrow Will you still love me tomorrow Will you still love me tomorrow
Norah I will still love you tomorrow. What a smooth, sultry voice. And she gets more beautiful with age. I've had the pleasure of seeing her live. What a treat!
As strange as it sounds, I think Norah Jones has effected my life more than anything or anyone else. She is the reason I began playing piano when I was younger, and she gave me the ability to love music as much as I do. So, thank you, from the bottom of my heart. :)
You fall in love with her just by hearing her songs and voice, then when you see how beautiful she is there is no way to not feel sweet on her… Hope she does much more and keeps getting better!
The loss of Norah's father this week was another of the week's tragedies. Hearing "Sounds of the Sitar" nearly 47 years ago (before the Beatles) was mind expanding and addictive. Norah is as captivating.
I'm glad i asked him this question. Even though i'm disappointed with the turn out i'm still thankful I didn't get so much involved before knowing the truth
Norah Jones is the real deal. An amazing voice, also an accomplished musician. And....wait for it....no theatrics. Just pure unadulterated talent. Love her.💖
she is a real singer she just lets it all out , its all in her soul the storys she sings its all about her an d she love what she life for that sweet thanks
Who could not love Norah Jones? Imagine her loving you! Wow! What a trip that would be! She is so cute and so down to earth pretty! A living doll in my opinion.... Great pictures of her & thanks for posting! Her singing is so peaceful... JJK
I've listened to a number of versions of this today and this one is certainly up there with the best. The song is so simple, tender and direct that the ones that bring out it's strength are the those who let the lyrics shine. Shirelles, Winehouse and others are fine, but I think the King/Taylor duet at the Troubador stands above them all. The pace, simple orchestration and plaintive harmonies between the 2 make it so powerful. There is no escaping the lyrics in that version - you are forced to dwell in them. Seems like you have so much time to get your mind around them, really feel them.
Saw Miss Norah at Red Rocks (Colorado) with... ...and "Come Away With Me" was our wedding song. Such fond memories with an amazing woman and with Norah providing the soundtrack.
The Shirallees, Carol King herself, Amy Winehouse... each one made this great song their own. But this cover has an intimate, torchy quality that must have been always there but nobody else discovered it.
Love that version...it was the first one I ever heard. It moved right into my then teenage heart. Lucky to have all these versions. Depends on my mood.
In my imagination - Norah Jones is a very agreeable and pleasant woman. Let us hope that she serves us with much more good singing along the way. My soul longs always for such good sound.
everytime i play this song,i feel like iim moving to the other world (paradise),so touching so .....i cann't even find the words to describe it........thanks for this amazing song
She sings all of her songs with so much soft feelings.I could listen to her all day. What a talented young lady.
every grammy she has won is a well-deserved win. her voice and texture is amazing!

She sure made this song sound so much more romantic. I love this version.
Wow beautiful!! Lyrics by Gerry Goffin, music by Carole King. I bet Gerry would have loved this version, too.
She lets the listener simmer in this beautiful song with her warm beautiful voice. Love her.
There are no words, this song is simply amazing and Norah's voice is so heavenly.

She owned this song....Love it!!!
Norah I will still love you tomorrow. What a smooth, sultry voice. And she gets more beautiful with age. I've had the pleasure of seeing her live. What a treat!
Everything about her is so beautiful.
This girl is fantastic - she squeezes every last drop of emotion out of a song - and what's more she's beautiful. The band ain't half bad either.

This is Sooooooo good … I had no idea she covered it … perfect .. she is one of my all-time favorite singers …
Love Norah if I fell into a coma and woke up to her voice I would think I was in heaven, goodness gracious :)
sweetest voice on earth. She creates a soft and tender atmosphere, smooth and nostalgic interpretation.
Very simply, beautiful. Thank you all for the pleasure of your music.

Greatest female vocalist of all time! And yes, I'm in love with her as well......
A great rendition of a classic. Will always listen to Norah and James Taylor with Carole King. Nobody could have done it better than Norah.
How do you find a more pure and uncomplicated vocal instrument? Norah, you are as good as it gets my lady!
It doesn't get much better than Carole King's writing and Norah's voice! Such a heartbreaking, solitary take on this tune.
Love your songs Nora Jones. So calming.
Pure sweetness - such a nice version of a great old song.
❤Simply beautiful and irresistible resonance in musical artistry, thanks so much Norah!
her voice is like melting chocolate - soft, sultry and seductive

J'adore Norah Jones et je ne me lasse pas d'écouter toutes ses chansons? Elle a une de ces voix qui vous transporte et saisit aux tripes
Norah's version is so earnest, sung from the heart. Lovely rendition.
such a beautiful voice for such a lovely song
Norah does a beautiful version....I love that it's so slow and dreamy. Lots of great lady singers do this song justice. Let's just enjoy them all, eh?
My heart melted. *scooping up the drips of heart on the floor* I hope your relationship lasts till the end of time.

Hard to believe she's all grown-up now, how the years roll by so fast!
fantastyczny głos i do tego rozbrajający uśmiech... poddaję się...
Saw Miss Norah at Red Rocks (Colorado) with... ...and "Come Away With Me" was our wedding song. Such fond memories with an amazing woman and with Norah providing the soundtrack.
This is the kind of song you slow dance to in your living room with candles ❤ beautiful
mostly agree, but I think slow dancing with another person would be better or at least as good.

Very soothing. I come here to lower my blood pressure. Thanks again Norah.
The Shirallees, Carol King herself, Amy Winehouse... each one made this great song their own. But this cover has an intimate, torchy quality that must have been always there but nobody else discovered it.
Dreaming of the mid night stars so far away . She takes me away in this song with the echo of such a beautiful voice.
Love that version...it was the first one I ever heard. It moved right into my then teenage heart.
