A couple of things to add to this great video... do your scent training twice a day. Sniff your first scent with bunny sniffs. Do this a few times in a 20 to 30 second time span. Cap your bottle and take a 30 second break then move on to the next scent and keep repeating all of this until you are done with the fourth scent. And most important, don't give up too soon. It can take weeks or even months for this to be effective. Do not be discouraged by this. This time will go by anyway and at the end of it, if you stick with it, you have a good chance of getting your scent/taste back. It can take up to four months in some cases, but please keep with it. That is the most important part. Wishing you all the best!
Thank you for sharing and for your kind words.
Thank you, Frauke. Being married to Dawn Spencer Hurwitz, I have access to a vast amount of materials, but did not know how best to utilize them. I'm just very glad that she did not catch COVID and suffer anosmia. It was my biggest fear that she would catch it from me.
After i recovered from Covid 19, i loss my ability to taste and smell and the Dr said i had parosmia ,i took a lot of treatment but nothing worked untill i came across dr ogbebor herbal on CZcams. The herbal medicine he sent to me helped me.

Can you use an oil burner as well ? Thanks in advance 🙏
Hi there, thank you for your comment - An oil burner may not be quite safe enough for the direct sniffing that Frauke is presenting in this video. If you have any further questions, please contact us directly at: info@fifthsense.org.uk
@@FifthSenseUK I meant to waft through not direct sniffing.... thought it might be stronger and waft in a bigger area ? thank you
@@towardsthelight4919 Hi there, thank you for your response. In terms of the studies done on smell training - they have been more reliant on direct sniffing from jars or essential oil bottles but that isn't to say that using an oil burner or a diffuser couldn't have any benefits, it just hasn't been investigated that thoroughly at this time.
@@FifthSenseUK thank you 🙏

Hi you can find out more about smell training here: www.fifthsense.org.uk/smell-training/ We would recommend that you speak to your doctor if you haven't got a diagnosis for your loss of smell. Fifth Sense team.
Very useful content but strange to speak about being mindful (so no distractions) and then add unnecessary distracting background ‘Muzik’ to the video.
