treadmill!
I definitely recommend for small spaces !
It's not super heavy, so it's easy to move around.
It does not incline, and I noticed on the description that it says it does! don't be fooled.
I do like that the belt is still wide, although it's compact, and I also like its sleek design!

I messed up my words a little, lol !
what's new? i always mess up my words. For instance, exhausted and tired are the same darn thing karrie đ yall know what I mean, though, so just roll with it đ
:)
This is one of the things that makes you so much fun to watch. You keep it real. đ
Girl donât worry we wonât judge you here. Honestly I mess up on my words too and at least you donât have a speech problem where you canât say sit or it sounds like the S word. âșïž Also one thing we admire about you is that you are yourself and you understand that youâre not perfect. đ„°
I love that you are giving us fitness motivation that does not involve taking medication that reduces appetite (which seems to be the trend among influencers these days!) This is very encouraging!
I would never do that. I feel there is not enough research to make sure it's safe long term and I don't trust anything New lol
Exactly!!!
Great job, karrie.đ
I cut on soda and sugar. Same as you, I do eat a little less and be more active. I was 220lbs. I'm 6 feet, 38 years old, and mom of 2, and now I'm down to 208 lbs. There is still a long way to go, but we keep on moving. You go girl! â€
Thank you Karrie for encouraging me to be stronger in so many ways! đđ„°
Wow.... thanks for this one! I'm older, 5ft and struggling to stay below 160, and really want to get back below 140. I've been so depressed, swamped with life issues, car died, had to let go my house, health concerns for a close family member (all worked out, thank God!), another car with issues, eating out of control, stopped working out...... whew!!! Sorry, I'm venting! BUT ---- what an inspirational vid! I'm doing a workout now, and I know it will get me back into my daily hour of Tae Bo and ab workouts! Again THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AWESOME INSPIRING VIDEO!!!!! Congrats - YOU LOOK FANTASTIC!!!!
Karrie, you look great! Congrats on your exceptional discipline!
Thank you ! That means a lot
Iâve been doing intermitten fasting for two years now. I lost 45 lbs the first 9 mos and have been able to keep it off. As recently as tonight though I feel like I have gained a few pounds back. This was extremely motivating. You have always looked great to me, but I completely get it!! Sometimes youâve got to just do things for you babe!! â€â€ keep kicking butt!!
Thank you! And yes, intermittent fasting has helped too I didn't mention that because I do think that's something that is not for everyone. It can actually be dangerous for some from my research, so I didn't want to include that . Maybe if I learn more, I'll share later but I think the other things are just as helpful . Good luck on your fitness journey.
I did that for a long time. I wasnât weighing myself but not much changed for me.
I thought of doing the fasting but Iâm afraid to. I take so much medicines due to 2 autoimmune diseases I have. If I donât eat something with my meds I get so nauseousâŠty Iâm gonna try to push myself more to exercise
What is intermittent fasting?
đI did it too. It works !!!đ
Yessss I love this video! Thank you for sharing! I did this exactly and lost 70lbs and I lost track and gained a little back but I just want to focus on Toning up now.. this is a great motivation! Thanks girl đ

Thank you for sharing Karrie! Iâve been feeling similar to you as far as not good about myself and your video really gave me an idea of what I could do at home. I am a mom of 3 and I work all day. Its hard to think about myself when I am so tired from work. Youâre right though! We need to take care of ourselves to be able to pour into our family. You are such a bright light. I love watching your videos. Blessings to you and your family! â€

I really enjoyed hearing all of the details of the story and how you want to work on making yourself healthier through healthy eating and working out. â€ïž You are definitely a inspiration to all of your subscribers, kids, and husband. So basically everyone thatâs around you and that you influence/talk to. đ„° Youâre motivating me to work out and eat healthier. I love how you donât let obstacles stand in your way or get you down. I was hospitalized dec 2021 for 6 days with gallbladder issues. Had to wear a bile bag for 3 months. Oh I cried everyday in the hospital. Iâm 62 and now down 47 lbs. Just by thinking before I eat. Im wearing jeans again. If I could live life over, I would take better care of myself. My skin is saggy but I feel so much better. I can pick my granddaughter up into the air. Im also wearing light makeup again. I was watching Ur video the other day and thought â you lost a lot of weight.â Youâre beautiful inside and out. â€
Wish I could love this video!!! Thank you for taking the chance and sharing what youâve been doing to get healthier. Had to comment to get the numbers up.
Thank you for that! â€ïž
Thank you for sharing your tips & routine. So motivating. You look amazing đ€©xo
2 years ago, I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and was 200lbs overweight. I am down 45lbs and not pre-diabetic and sleep so much better! I first started with food- I cut all sugar and junk food out of my diet first- sodas, candy, chips, cookies, etc- whew! That was tough, especially the sugar withdrawals and the headaches and then the outrageous surge of hunger! That went away after 2 weeks. Then we went low carb- no white stuff- bread, rice, pasta and potatoes- we still ate the amounts we usually did but not the starchy foods and we increased our protein, which we found to keep us more satiated and pretty much eliminated the need to snack between meals. Once we got through that (we, as in my husband saw my results and came on board with me so he could lose 100+ pounds). It took almost a year for us to mail the nutrition, figure out what works for us and ice cream and popcorn is out indulgence each night- we really donât miss the junk food, though once in a while we will indulge if we are out or traveling but we generally eat 2-3 protein and non-starch rich meals a day and really donât get hungry between meals that would lead us to reaching for unhealthy choices. I finally incorporated walking about 6 months ago and boy howdy, that has made a huge difference in my energy levels and has improved my sleep! Today, April 1st, I began weight training to get those muscles tones and tighten everything up! I have 45 lbs to go if I go by my goal weight, but between my doctor and physical therapist, my goal is to build muscle, build bone mass (I am 61 with osteoporosis so weight training is critical to build and maintain bone mass) and increase my flexibility at this point in my life. And we donât count calories, we eat to fullness, we donât do keto but low carb to make sure I donât go into full blown diabetes type 2, which is corrected with a proper diet and exercise. I want to live through my 60âs and longer feeling healthy and energized and not fall into the trap of sitting and moaning and groaning about my weight and ânot able to do anythingâ because I am stiff and fat and depressed because I am stiff and fat and inactive and canât find clothes to fit me (I was a size 22, am down to an 18 and my goal is a size 12, I am 5â2â and my âgoal weightâ is 145). You are such an inspirational young woman, keep being the best you!
This is very sound advice. You are doing great!
Thanks so much for this upload đ. You are looking good but you always look great xx
Thank you so much for the motivation, you look amazing, love from Colorado đ
Great job Karie!! This video couldnât have came at a better time! The older I get I feel like itâs hormonal belly I want to exercise I do sometimes and like idk if this working and donât want to spend 100 hours looking for something. Thanks girl this hit the spot me for. Iâm going to do your exercises and knowing you see results even more to drive me!! Itâs like I feel the only things that would help me is a tummy tuck. Itâs probably an excuse. I already have the ankle weights yay! Far as weight goes everything in moderation instead of a quarter pounder get you a single cheeseburger! Great place to start. The older I get too Iâm loving more healthy foods and my kids well âyoung adultsâ see that too. Have fun everyone on here on your healthy journey âŁïžđ. So glad you posted this and I sent first thing Monday morning.
