Thank you for showing us what it looks like from the very beginning....developing your own work outs, gaining equipment, portion sizes, etc. Being around the same height/weight has helped make me feel like the results are possible. I've had a hard time relating to someone who is already a fitness pro, rather than watching the true reality of starting at the very beginning of a fitness journey. I appreciate you.đ€đȘ
Hi Karrie, you are inspirational. Your fitness journey has been true to life. There is no magic fix. You need willpower to keep going each day and combine thar with eating less food and eventually it pays off. You are a picture of health x
Hello from Scotland Karrie, I started watching your videos a few weeks ago and you're a great wee motivator! Love the workouts and home vlogs đ lesley
Iâve only lost 6 lbs so far but your doing a great job and help keep me motivated! I go back and watch your first video more than once đnow I can watch this one multiple times when I need to be inspired!! Thanks đđ»
To help with your plateau, do intermittent fasting. Of course, you can look that up online. Itâs one of the best things for your body inside and out! Great video.đâ€ïž
You look great!â€.. as for booty growth/shaping i recommend bootysprout for hipthrusts đ„°. You can do other leg excersizes on it too!!! The resistance is great.
Congratulations on your fitness journey, it has inspire me to continue with my own journey. I had lost all of my desire to continue because I hit a plateau. I feel that after you pass the 200lbs mark, it is extremely hard to loose wait. I was so frustrated because I felt like I wasnât loosing and I couldnât see any changes. But a coach told me to add a little Hitt to my routine. So I added 5-10 min of hitt at the end on my work out and that has really help me see the difference
I just love your fitness/nutrition videos! Youâve done great building your own workout routine. I had a fitness coach for 3 months but watching someone go through it with you really makes a difference.
Hi Karrie, you have been such a huge inspiration to me on my own weightloss journey. I started my healthy eating plan at the exact same time as you !! To date I have already lost 13kgs and have another 6-8kgs to go to reach my goal weight of between 52-55kgs đ My single biggest challenge is that due to stress, I am not exercising ...well I am quite âactiveâ during the day and we do enjoy long walks most evenings here in South Africa đżđŠ but I need to start resistance training to maintain muscle strength đȘI think you just may have convinced me to get started đPLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT EXERCISE APP YOU ARE USING ?? đ YOU ROCK â€â€
Just a random middle of the night thought. I don't eat meat or fish (not vegan just don't like it) so I get my protein from cottage cheese, other cheese and milk. I do like the plant based milk in my coffee but cow milk is actually sweeter naturally,IMO, and it contains more protein per serving than nut milks. I personally make an iced coffee in a shaker bottle and I toss in about a half cup of milk (skim still has plenty of protein but less calories) and I put a scoop of my favorite French vanilla protein powder. So, I start my day off everyday with like 30 grams of protein not including what's in the milk. I've been considering switching to the premier protein and doing like (can't recall her name at the moment) another CZcamsr did and do like a double shot of espresso and then a full thing of Premier protein in the cup, no creamer or milk required! If you can handle cheese or get lactose free cheese, it's definitely an awesome source of protein and even just slicing a piece to go with your nuts or Slim Jim would add to your protein. If you're not using my fitness pal I totally recommend the free version. You can scan the food labels or search them up, put your approximate portion size (I don't measure so I try to guess on the slightly higher end) and then you can see your protein carbs and fat and get a feel for what's higher in things you may need or in things you thought were good and aren't! Personally, I think intuitive eating is best and that what you're craving is likely containing something your body needs. Example chips, your body may be needing salt or potassium or other nutrients that a potato has and instead of going for the chips first you can make a potato or have something with salt and see if that helps! I just like to track BC I have IBS and get sick lots and it helps me to look back!
Yes the water!! Iâm the same way, I overeat but water helps so much. I do my coffee the same way too đđđ» the protein in it gets me through the afternoon car line slump
