I'm pretty sure when ADC told him about it it was the first he'd heard about it. And how do we know that it wasn't a recent problem and they hadn't had a chance to fix it yet. Or maybe his manager dropped the ball and Trump ended up firing him. Just too many possible scenarios to make a judgement. ADC just saw it as a positive experience he had with Trump. That's it. Of course that doesn't automatically mean he's going to be a good president.
Totally get it. His presidency could go anywhere from decent to disaster. I won't even begin to predict what he's going to do.

Depends o where you live. Private property and commercial property aren't the same thing. You can't smoke in a grocery or department store for instance but you can smoke in your home or in the home of someone who doesn't care.

I remember right after those MSG shows (and nearby Nassau Coliseum), the NY Daily News had a short article saying there were talks to book Dice into Shea Stadium, where the NY Mets played. Not sure why that never happened, but with a strong supporting lineup of comics, IMO no doubt he would have sold it out. He was insanely popular for a few years then.

Well I'm typing on a keyboard not a phone. So I can more fully express my thoughts because I'm also a touch typist who does about 60 words per minute. So yes, I express myself with more than a few dozen keystrokes. Unlike Trump who can condense his "thoughts" in the span of a tweet, I require a slightly higher attention span. Something Americans are losing, attention span, which is what allows a candidate like Trump to be elected to the highest office in the land, because people don't bother to read deeper than his tweets.

Apt leaks like that were always hard to find and fix. They have thermal imagers now that help find the water source. =Some of these old NYC apts have leaked for years -It’s really annoying especially with the high NYC rents.
-To redo the whole roof is quite extraordinary -and thankfully it seemed to work. (Could be an internal leak etc)
