A Week of Prepared Freezer Meals! Broccoli Beef!

Check out this super simple Broccoli Beef Freezer meal!
Broccoli Beef Recipe-
2 lbs. carne Asada or other beef of choice
2 broccoli crowns
2 cups white rice
2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce Recipe
1/2 cup water
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 TBSP sugar
1 tsp molasses (see notes below)
fresh garlic
fresh ginger
1/4 cup corn starch
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
sesame seeds (for garnishing)
*Note if you don't have molasses replace the white sugar and molasses with 2 tbsp packed brown sugar.
