I bought a plastic water heater drain pan at Lowe’s for ten bucks. I use that to soak my grills to get the grill clean. You can use that instead of that box you build.
Good tip! I looked everywhere for something that would fit by grates and couldn’t ever find anything that my larger grates could fit in, hence why I built the box. Good to know there is something out there!! Thanks for stopping by!!
I would of just bought the new style of bge bands. Even though they a couple hundred you would of still been ahead cause u got a good steal of a price at one fifty. Brand new large is one thousand
I did a restoration on an EGG too. I went ahead and got the new bands. They have a better spring system and handle.
