So your telling me your 2017 Ford w large display didn’t have XM radio!?! That’s wild. My 2018 F150 w the same screen came with it.
Yep, no XM. Imagine my surprise after buying it and then figuring that out several days later. I mean I thought XM was pretty standard but for whatever reason, my truck didn’t have it. I’ve considered upgrading the radio through the years but what’s kept me from doing it is I want to put in one of those large screen Tesla type screens. We will see how it goes but that is the plan Thanks for stopping by and commenting!!
@@richardball6320 thanks for the install how to. Appreciate it! Cheers and good luck with the screen install. I like how that Rams have it. Looks clean. Now if they can build a better truck. lol

Hey Greg thanks for stopping by. I’ve had my silverback for 6 years now and my experience has been positive. @@littlebitofeverything4489 how is your crack repair holding up? Looks like mine has that crack too but it seems to be extremely common crack. Not sure if it’s a big deal.
I did and update video on that czcams.com/video/5HFtOGVZdZY/video.htmlsi=AY4uWFNuD_p_RygT
you saved me today! I did not get the instructions you have. i got a QR code that wouldn't load anything. That is awesome, I’m so glad this helped you!!! Thank you for stopping by!!!
None of this worked.
can you tell me where you are getting stuck?
How’s the poly finish holding up
So for the most part, pretty well. So in the interest of full disclosure, I keep a cover on this table and the cookers on it so the only time it’s exposed to the weather is when I’m cooking. So it’s held up pretty well. I will say, I will probably be stripping it completely and doing a complete resurface and reapplication because when I applied the finish, it was a bit “streaky” and my OCD yells at me every time I see it. 😅 But all in all I’m happy with the finish.
"promosm" 😳
I appreciate all comments and opinions. Have a blessed day!
Thank you so much for this video. I have the rev 2 , just received it. But the instructions were not in the box. Mine came with the brackets for the shelf and I was thinking the screws were to go through the brackets and into the grill. But the screws were not long enough. When all else fails, search CZcams. ❤️. And wallah, your perfect instructions video. I guess I’ll keep the brackets, they seem to be stainless also. Thank you so much again. Oh and I subscribed.
That is awesome, I love comments like this. This is 100% the reason I do this. I use CZcams so much to get help, I felt like I needed to give back, lol. Appreciate the comment and the sub!!! Have a great day and God Bless!!!

Good stuff!!! Just PLEASE dont enhance the muffler sound so that it sounds like a mad bee. Just let it be quiet. If you wanted the rumble you should have got the yote!!!
Thanks for stopping by. So I ended up with the MBRP side exit and it sounds really good. Real throaty. I completely get the “bumble bee” sound, like a built Honda, not a fan…..the MBRP sounds good on the truck. And yes, the V8 would have been nice but I got what I could afford at the time. Appreciate the comment, have a blessed day!!
@littlebitofeverything4489 Got what you could afford....I completely understand that my friend!!!!
Cut your doors off level with the floor and install a weather seal at the bottom - that is what my friend did and it works great.
Thank you Ted, yep, that is exactly what I did, and so far, it seems to be effective. I did have a single mouse in there and I think he was able to get in through a very small crack around the bottom of the door so I put spray foam there and I think that took care of it. Thank you for stopping by, have a blessed day!
Great video and presentation. The part I missed was the re-assembly of the bands and hinge. Also the alignment of the top.
Hey Steve, thanks for stopping by. I believe you see me struggle through with that on episode 9. Just go to my channel, it should be pretty easy to find. My channel started with the BGE videos so roll back to the start of them, I believe episode 9 is what you’re looking for!! Let me know if you have any questions, I’m happy to help any way I can!!

Perhaps the switch should be tested before buying a new one?
Hey Tigger, thanks for stopping by! Yep I probably should have said that, I did actually test it and it was not good. but, having said that, the switch was a very inexpensive and I know it had to be very old so regardless I was going to replace it. Starting off your video wrongly naming the thing as “Firebird” instead of “Fireboard” doesn’t bode well for the seriousness of the video…

Also, I did want to thank you, I did not know you could fix the thumbnail and the description so easily, so I went and fixed them both, thanks again!!!!
Thanks for sharing. I’m assuming you have the MyQ already. Are you happy with that? Been considering it. Yup…70 x 7…that’s a bunch. 😂
Ted, thank you so much for stopping by! So yes, in my previous video I show that I had a Liftmaster garage door opener in the house when I bought it and I show how to factory reset it, so yes, that is what led me to this keypad. At the end of this video I also say that the MyQ keypad will work with several other of the models of garage door openers as well. As far as do I like it, I do, but there are two things that I did not mention that I meant to, and its about the battery and your wifi signal. So as you might expect, that battery does not last forever, and at some point you will have to take it out and charge it. What I did to mitigate that was to buy another battery that is always charged to swap out each time I need to change it out. So far the battery is lasting about 6-7 weeks at a time, but you will have to at some point either take it out, charge it and put it back in, or, do as I did and get another one. I paid $24.99 (on sale regular $31.99) at Home Depot for mine. Second, you do have to make sure your wifi signal is good at the location you install this. Mine was so-so at the beginning, I have wifi plumes (extenders) in my house and had to move one of them closer to the garage to keep the signal consistent. All that said, I do really like what MyQ gives me as a benefit, and to me that far outweighs the need to have to swap out the battery every couple months or so. This has been a particularly hard winter so far here so I expect that battery life to be better as it warms up. God bless and have a great day, let me know if you have any other questions!!!
And yes, 7 times 70, for sure, Thats a great verse to dig into more as I don't think everyone really understands that principle and the context of that verse! Thanks Ted!!
Great message as usual, Richard. I hope you and your family are well.
Jack so great to hear from you. We are doing well, 2 new grandbabies being born next month so we are blessed beyond what we deserve! So great to hear from you, God Bless!

Rich, thank you so much for visiting and reaching out! I appreciate your kind words and I do as hope it is reaching the ears of who God intends! There are many more messages in my other videos as well!! God bless you and yours and thanks again for stopping by!
I have the exact same crack
I hope this video helps you. I fixed this over 2 years ago now and it’s not had any issues. In fact if you go look at my later videos, I do an update for that repair!! Let me know if I can help in any way!!! Thanks for stopping by!!
Decent set up! But i do think that the bag setup is not the best. It seems that it it turns it self upside down due to the pressure and thus completely eliminates the gathering of the sawdust which in turn fall right back down. I would have added another one of those flex hoses to the bag so it could be rightside up on a more natural position. Just my opinion tho. Let me know what you think and how its working out for you.🤙
Thanks so much Alex, i get your point, i will say that so far, the set-up has worked pretty well, for the most part. Yes, so when power is applied, the bag inflates and the fine particle dust gets trapped in the bag, and as power is removed, it all falls down into the tub. So, there is probably a school of thought that all of that dust continues to get "recycled" so, should I probably empty it every time? Yea, I probably should. Having said that, my ultimate goal obviously is to have a proper dust collection set-up at some point but in my defense, I don't have a shop, which if I did, I'd have a fine particle collection in it, and I do not have the ability to leave this set up in a permanent location, so this is my compromise. But I do like your solution and its worth looking in to. So stay tuned, I may try what you suggest, and if it works well, you might see another video. I really do appreciate your comment, and stopping by. Have a blessed day!
Thanks for the instruction on how to put the front grill on the chimp. It was a little confusing . Didn’t realize you had to take the screws out of the brackets and put them on the side of version two holes. 👍🏻👏

Ted, thank you so much for stopping by and your comment!! I know right?? But when I think about all those times when I had to come up with creative solution, it’s probably why I have a CZcams channel, lol. God bless you and yours Ted and have a blessed day. Thanks again for stopping by!!
BEWARE the E1 code.
Your absolutely right, the dreaded E1 code, which is a pretty standard "catch all" code in the heating industry. Its frustrating for sure. I've even watched a video where someone completely ripped out all of the wiring and computer boards for this heater, and rigged up toggle switches for the fan, ignition and the fuel, so, yes, E1 can drive you crazy. I've also heard that the warranty for this unit with this company leaves a lot to be desired as well. So far I have been lucky and have not had that experience, but I appreciate you making me and anyone else reading these comments, aware. Have a great day and God Bless, thank you for stopping by!!
I enjoyed watching this series

Joel, thanks for reaching out. The limited lifetime warranty is only good to the original purchaser of the egg. I did reach out through my BGE local supplier and was told the warranty was not transferable. Thanks for your comment!! God Bless and Happy New Year!!
Where did you buy? Hoping they have one for the 06 f150
Jorge, I purchased it from AmericanTrucks.com. They are a great resource for all things truck accessories. I would create an account with all the details for your truck, then each time you log in looking for something, they show results that will fit your truck!! Good luck and thank you for stopping by!!!
Richard-great video. It's been a couple years. How's the repair holding? I have just done this (with a larger crack all the way up the front to top). If you had to do it again, would you advise using some fiberglass mesh? Thanks in advance!
Hey Hunter thanks for stopping by! Funny, you should ask, I just did a video about a month ago updating that crack. I also show how to make a really awesome iron skillet chicken pot pie. Anyway, to answer your question, the repair is holding up just fine, zero issues so I wouldn’t invest in a mesh for this, because the stuff that I used worked great and I show in the video there’s absolutely no additional cracking or chipping of the repair or anything. Obviously you can do what you want but the repair seems to be holding up just fine! Go check out that video! Thanks again Hunter for stopping by, I appreciate you and God Bless!!
Awesome news! Thanks for the additional guidance and I will head to the chicken pot pie video this evening.

Kerosene stinks when it burns. I use diesel in my forced air heater and don't get that nasty smell. Those new "quiet" style heaters have more problems because of all the sensors and electronic control boards, so I stay clear of them. Some are actually removing the control boards and just tunning a switch for the fan and ignition so they work properly.
Dave, thanks for the information. Yeah I started using exclusively diesel in this one and I’ve had zero issues with it. I’ve probably ran it over 200 hours now glitch free, knock on wood. The kerosene was way too expensive and I think it smelled more. Anyway, I am liking it a lot, does the job really well and pretty cost effective so far. Thanks for the comment and stopping by, God bless!
I did a restoration on an EGG too. I went ahead and got the new bands. They have a better spring system and handle.
Yes they do!! Not sure how much of the restoration videos you watch, but I end up replacing a lot on this egg, and now over 2 years later, It's still going strong!! Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment!! Have a blessed day!
I have one of those ancient pieces of crap in my garage too. It literally only works on a single universal remote from the 90s, Ive tried 10+ new remotes with dip switches and it won't work with any of them. Absolute trash.
I hear you, and I had 3 of them. I will tell you, I moved from that place into a house that had a nearly new garage door opener, a lift master with MyQ technology (video coming soon) and I can’t tell you how much I really enjoy controlling my garage door from my phone now. Granted it came with my house but going from that old Stanley to this new opener makes me really appreciate what I have. Thank you for stopping by i appreciate you taking the time to comment, and good luck with your opener. Let me know if I can help in any way!!
Just remember, when you heat with these heaters they give off a lot of humidity. Your tools and anything else that is metal and not rust resistant, will rust like crazy. Ask me how I know.
Great tip Brian, thank you for letting me/us know!! I appreciate you stopping by!!
If your in super cold climates with extremely dry air the moisture isn’t an issue. It actually raises the hum it’s to a normal level.
Thank you for the added information@@920flashback !! Very much appreciated!!
