UCT's Prof Hanri Mostert speaks on the challenges of South African property law.

Professor Hanri Mostert of the Department of Private Law at the University of Cape Town delivered her inaugural lecture titled "Accountability and Dependability as Pillars of Property Law" on 29 September 2010. In her lecture, Mostert argued that challenges faced in property law include the public's preconceived ideas, and the ability to manage contextual change in the field.
