It's weird how music can transport you to another time. My teens were spent as a fan to rock and this was my introduction. Never gets old.
For me it was Halo 2. Then when i looked up Blow me Away via Halo 2 i found Until the End. And then the whole album. Listening to it nowadays takes me back to that time of innocence i was in. Good times.

Been listening to BB for close to 20 years now. They're still and probably always will be my favourite band. They've helped me through so much in life, and their music still resonates with me in my 30s, nothing will ever come close to them in my opinion.

They are definitely a unique entity. They get so much hate unjustly, I feel. Much like you, they were there for me in some pretty dark times and when I hear certain songs of theirs it brings me back to those days and how I managed to make it out.
Me too! I am a long time fan as well. When I listen it is always like a rollercoaster....upp uppp...downnnn wheee. So much truth in the lyrics and the instrumentation with it just brilliant. Ben of course is polarizing.

This band is my son favorite band, he has been in the Air Force since he was 19 , i cry every time i listen to this album for many deep reasons, hes still in now almost 10 years now, I LOVE❤ him so much and miss him so much, he has changed alot 😢, hoping his coming soon deployment he stays safe and brought back alive and well 🙏

Man this brings back so many memories and nostalgia from a decade ago. Still their best album till date imo and definitely one of the best rock bands of the 2000s.

Been listening to BB on and off, I'm 22 been through hell and back but always found away to listen to Breaking Benjamin music to help me chill out and calm my anger down when it gets too much, I'm not the youngest to listen to BB but I'm deffo not the oldest or the only one who understands the meaning to most of their songs.
I listen to this album since I was 6 or 7. I was completely a child and just enjoyed the music. Now I'm 19 and it's like I can understand a lot of this. Is one of my favorite albums, one that will be in my life forever.

I remember being a freshmen in highschool back when stereos were still a thing & I bought this CD at some record store and literally went home, took the booklet out and sang along to every song. I love breaking Benjamín and my late best friend did as well. I'll always hold a special place in my edge lord heart for this album.
I bought this album when cashing my check, sat in the Walmart parking lot too stunned to do anything but start it over.
I had just seen them at House of Blues earlier in the year with the original Evan's Blue prior to their debut release, and this album just made me drop anchor and spend my morning in the parking lot listening to it...
I have listened to this entire Album more than I’ve ever listened to one single album, this album begins with Talent and it NEVER STOPS, Phobia has got to be one of the best albums ever written…

I listened to a lot of US based internet radio (remember that) back in the day, and Benjamin, Crossfade, Seether, Hinder, Bush etc were all new to this UK listener, those hard bass lines, vocals and guitar riff's where just so addictive, I bought the CD's and I'm still listening all these years later...
Once you start this album don't think you can shut it off and do something else 😅 hit after hit!! Grab a seat, your gonna be here for a while & love every but of it!!

After picking up guitar for some months, and revisiting this album after many years, it only then struck me how great the guitar work is here, and how great it is for guitar practice. Certainly a new appreciation for this album now :D

This album helped me deal with disowning my mother. Even after all the things thrown at me, I always can count on Breaking Benjamin and Linkin Park as comfort songs. Especially Phobia- absolute masterpiece of an album.

But after 7 years of getting things thrown at me, harassed in-person and online, yelled at for no reason, even having my own doctors manipulated against me and being put into a mental hospital for no valid reason, I don’t think there’s a route for forgiveness anymore.

Came from a small town of 16,000. Found Breaking Benjamin back in 2003 and was the first kid to bring it to my school, watching it spread from there throughout my town to growing up and finally hearing them on the local radio, to owning my first vehicle with Sat radio and tuning into Octane only to hear Breaking Benjamin being featured on there has been a incredible ride. Still my fav band after all these years and my changing tastes. Managed to pick up a few album records of theirs now, and even had spotify tell me last year for a month I was their top listener on the browser. Still hoping to catch them in Canada some year but I know Benjamin does not like to fly, so here's hoping I catch their next road trip north

Hahaha LOL. Years ago I'd listen to this album on repeat while I remained at school after the lessons. I told myself I was just finishing my homework, but truthfully I was avoiding a house that was either empty or my mom would be there (worse). Now I'm at school after lessons to finish grading papers, but I can't help but wonder if I'm avoiding my empty house.

I remember finding this album via Until the End. And that was when i tried to find Halo 2's soundtrack "Blow me Away", which was from Breaking Benjamin. Listening to this nowadays it makes me feel young again. This album specificically is near and dear to my heart.
Sympathy to all those who don't agree this album is one of the best, because it has you hooked from beginning to end is justice to the ears who only see it clear, if I had to I would put myself right beside you, so for the last time I'll ask do you like that, I'll try to find my place in the diary of Jane where it should be, never low and ready to strategize a good excuse!

I was already a big BB fan by 2006. We are not Alone was played daily on my rides to different jobs at 18. I joined the Air Force in 2005. Had a rough 18 months. Then Aug 2006 came around. Phobia was released. Helped me out of some dark times. I found a new flight soon after. And finished my career as an airmen. I credit this album and BB with distracting and inspiring me to keep moving forward. And face my fears and anxieties.
Man I seen these guys three times in the Scranton area, absolutely amazing performances!! Hope they come around and tour this area again soon!!

I was 17 when this album came out. I was actually pretty excited to get it back then. And I fell in love with it. My top three favorite tracks have got to be. You, Topless, and it’s a hard choice. But I’m going to put Evil Angel. There’s no specific order here. This entire album is just a banger.

I forgot how beautiful this album is.
i started to get into rock about 2 years ago i was originally a hard-core fan of rap then I started to hate rap and wanted something new and my boss recommended breaking Benjamin to me, and I love Them, phobia and dear agony are hands down my favorite albums.
I know I'm not as advanced as a lot of yall are wit BB since I've only been listening to them for 2.
i don't think they can beat that album even in a million years!

This is my wife's CZcams but i totally agree this albums fire af for real and especially at the time it came out, cause this was an important shift when alternative music was evolving from 90's alternative music to the future of what alternative rock would become, cause at the time when only a handful of bands were really good in my opinion, well as far as mainstream alternative rock goes I meant. I mean for the first 7 or 8 years of my life I only had heard 90's country , live
gospel/country. So when i first heard rock, I was hooked forever on all rock genres except for mainstream hair metal they sucked and all still do lol in my opinion but this band helped keep alternative rock alive for just a lil longer n what would now be referred to as mainstream alt rock a higher standard than the norm radio BS like you hear on the rwhere
