If you want to grind speed, instead of using the normal minor leagues stadiums, use a stadium with max dimensions and hit inside the park home runs every at bat. You’ll get speed and power boosts
The Issues this year are that the Sim attributes are so little this year and I have been hard capped at a 92 with a Fielding architype which is the best overall out of all of them and 2nd Base is really easy to get to 99 but it seems training is going to be the play by just going into games and just simming till the end of at least 3 Games then you get training then just rinse and repeat
I really wish there were more programs for RTTS. Diamond Dynasty has seemingly endless programs but once you finish the diamond program in RTTS you’re done. I just wish the developers would pay more attention to RTTS.

Nah. Using 0 ovr rosters while you're on an all 99 team lets your simulations net at least 20-30 runs per game so your simulated games get more ABs and tally more stats. You want to grind to 99 by going into the game then simulating and exiting, then using your off-days to gain stats for other points you'd like to work on such as contact, power, speed, etc. Took me 3 days last year doing this method to go from new ballplayer to 99.

IF the ballplayer you are currently playing on has it activated as the program/skillset, it should be working, if not it may be a bug, I would triple check and make sure that whatever ballplayer you enter in has it activated and inside the game if it prompts you that you select it as well again.
Maybe it’s better for base attribute simulation if you can do it, BUT you’re quitting out of games once your player gets the threshold so at times it’s just keeping you in a simulation loop.
Where? In Diamond Dynasty your overall will never change. In RTTS, make sure you have the correct ballplayer active, equip perks, equipment, and skill set upgrades.
Ballplayer hub is where you re-equip it BUT I must warn you IF it is a new archetype that you are building you will not have the same progress or “silver” archetype, every new player will always start with base attributes and OVR.

If it’s like last year, you just grind your guy to like an 85, then just sim multiple years and your guys stats go up and will eventually max out.
Going to see if that method works, would be very beneficial when it comes to base attributes.

You should be able to. If you’re in your packs screen and they are not there or unable to be opened I would contact SDS support.
