hey yes it possible more thickness depend up to how much clarity you images..and yes i can tell u how can you remove the square

go to visibility - hide pt-then SHIFT+CTRL with drag left mouse click on free space on the zbrush work window,then go to geometry pannel and press DELETE HIDDEN.THATS IT, if u face any issue text me,,thank you
