I used to have a 96 12valve with a 6872 single with a 5speed. Made 65psi 540hp 1198ft lbs. made a lot of money street racing with that truck. Seeing this video makes me miss it and want another one so bad lol

The Flatty is a beast bro! I wish my 6.7 had some power for towing. Mine has an auto though. I don't need anything as crazy as that, but it'd be nice to have around 500 HP and just over 1000 lb ft.
I know this is old. But 500hp and 1000ftlb out of a newer 6.7 diesel motor? I mean the newer Fords and Cummins 6.7 stock comes with the power rating your seeking. So ?

14:07 I've driven a manual 1 ton diesel for 10 yrs and very rarely do I start off in first. Even with a load I can leave in second depending on n the load.

Same with my 96 12v, We've had it since it had 3 miles on it, Slapped a banks kit on it, and recently did dynatrac ball joints, borgeson box, and a few years back we replaced the trans due to 5th gear nut destruction...Shes a good truck, and we almost never start it in 1st unless we are pulling something out of the ground.
