hi serena :) i’ve had the same issue before with hair being a little greasy or sticking together even after shampoo. i found that washing it with some dish soap will remove the issue. i normally don’t recommend dish soap on doll hair but it worked! the reroots turned out super well btw :3
heh thank you so much for ur help! I ended up washing her with shampoo only again and it removed a lot of the oilyness :3

Girlie there is a way to make the poly hair on Cornelia silky soft. Use fabric softener and a hair straightener at low heat and it will feel like saran or nylon.
fabric softener is very bad for synethic hair it makes the hair deteriorate faster
the hair on the disney fairies dolls from like 2006 are WHOOPED too... must be a disney store doll thing
I don't know why but it took me forever to get into W.I.T.C.H., it wasn't until I saw your video a while ago with you unpacking a Doll from the series did I finally decided to give it a chance. I've watched the whole series like 4 times since!
OMG i was wondering if anyone has ever rerooted a witch doll before i have an old disney store will doll that is my favorite childhood doll loved that doll to death but the very poor quality of their hair really ruined the love i had for it i hope one day to restore her like this 😭😭

I’ve rerooted with the same hair from dollrestore and I definitely think you shouldn’t condition it!! It’s already very waxy. If you run some dish soap in it it’ll be perfect!!

You could try some oxy clean, or just rubbing some baking soda thru it, than rinse it out. The color looks so much better than the nylon hair.
