Hi my dear friend! I woke up now after sleeping all night with this beautiful music in the background. But I'm still tired, I'm paying the price after a lot of physical effort cleaning up the flooded space and equipment after the storm. Lots of pain... but oh well. It's normal to feel that way since I'm not fully recovered yet. Despite the fatigue and pain, my sleep was good. My exercise to relax was looking at this boat on the lake and imagining myself lying on the boat, floating and looking at the moon...wow...so relaxing, I could feel the gentle swells of the lake making the boat gently rock, and so, little by little I fell asleep. I woke up well, despite being a little nauseous. It could have been because of the swing of the boat...lol I'm kidding It was because of the pain medication I took, which is very strong But the experience of falling asleep feeling like I was inside the boat and having the music as the frame of the process was amazing! My dear friend Kim, your music really has a special ingredient called love, because I can feel like you like what you do. This is really special! May your night be an excellent rest so that you can enjoy the weekend and be inspired more and more and bring songs that color the imagination. Have a good rest dear Kim. Kisses of light

This is my favorite soothing video. I have it playing all day long when I’m home instead of news or other things that distract me or disturb my inner peace.
I am about 2 hours and 20 minutes into this video. I use it to study and block out 2 extremely loud little boys of my room mate. I do my studying at the kitchen table that overlooks the living room (where the tv is constantly on) and the kitchen (where somebody is always satisfying their hunger). The ear buds I use are really not that great and are no where near being considered "noise blocking." As a matter of fact, I keep the volume level low just because I don't want to be completely separated from my environment. So, I can still hear what is going on around me. the rhythmic sounds within this video provide the perfect amount of noise. The fact it is a seamless 10 hours also allows for less distraction. Thank you to the creator(s).
I have really bad sleeping problems. I love going on cruises and hearing the sound of the waves hit the boat... 😍 But, THIS ACTUALLY WORKS!!!! I FELL ALSEEP SO FAST!!! I NEVER ONCE WORK UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!! 😍 This truly does help.

When my first son was about 3 months old in 1986, he either wanted his swing placed in front of our fish tank or Whitney Houston videos. There were no guessing games with him. He is currently an Sgt in the Army Band. It's not work when you love what you are doing, we're so proud of our son.

I am an ocean lover who lives totally landlocked almost smack dab in the middle of Ohio. I can get ocean sounds all day long - lots of places have them. Haven't come across one yet that has beautiful sound with a video of the beach, synchronized well enough to make me happy. And this makes me happy. Thank you. Totally agree! Even the difference in color of the ocean in Hi and Ca. Hawaiian waters r so blue, Ca is more blue/green. In Hi. u cant tell where the ocean stops and the sky begins!!!

I agree, this is looped. I wish this showed the sunsetting over the ocean. This video fails to even show the clouds moving. I love the sound; miss hearing the Hawaiian ocean; bug wish this extended video truly captured the brilliance of the Hawaiian setting sun. Nice, but also a big sad. :-((!!!

My family used to have a house on the beach in Lanikai. It was old, had termites and a crumbling seawall. I used to fall asleep to this sound every night though. Miss that old house.

this was so relaxing, wife and I fell asleep with our two twins, age 2 , scooter and scout ; these two tykes crawled out of our bed to the bathtub, somehow filled the tub and got in ! we finally awoke to commotion in the bathroom, they were dunking each other in the water, the misses and I were a little concerned by this so only let the rough housing go on another half hour ; this tape sure set them off I guess ..

i watch and listen to alot of ocean videos and this is by far one of my favorites!! such a beautiful perspective!! the sun, the beach tide rolling in and the distant rolling waves is all amazingly beautiful!! its great for winding down and restful sleep. i woke refreshed and happy even though i slept overnight at work. it is now on my playlist!! thank you for capturing this beauty and sharing it with us!! i love that theres no music.el natural
