Hey Bud a couple suggestions. I saw someone comment about slowing down when strafing. I definitely agree with that. I think you were going full speed because you wanted to catch subs before they dove which is good but once you knew they weren't diving I would slow down. And my other suggestion is building a few large fleets of fast destroyers and taking cargo that way a lot faster even if it takes less per ship. Are there still those destroyers that cost a single command point? Make large fleets with those and other cheap ships that can hold their own in a surface engagement especially if you give them air cover. Maybe that could work better
He grimm how are you doing?? Nice sinking those battleships and if you are asking the modders to look at a thing or 2 could you ask them to remodel The Netherlands because my country has not looked like that in a 125 years or so and well it kinda pisses me off!!!! 😂😂😂
I have to say it's too one sided when using Lancasters to obliterate Enemy ships given the enemy in this mod are not using any air cover, which given the map layout re enemy airbases nearby & their resources (they have carriers), they would on many engagements, however I can't recall any engagements where the enemy have deployed airliner assets to cover their fleets / etc. I feel for good balance & realism this should be done / suggested to the mods / designers. Cheers

I think strafing is more effective a lower airspeeds…
I like manual fire on a slow moving ship [not too far away]. Those fast-reloading CL's are a treat to hammer enemy destroyers.
True. Especially with those 20 inch guns on his BB manual fire would have preserved a lot more ammo and been more effective
100% staffing at slower speeds is far more effective & from either the Stern or Bow running the length of the target.
1940's Spitfires had .303's, those can shoot down fighter but not sink a sub.
these spitfires are armed with 20mm.

I shall pass it along.
Hey grim how does a British destroyer survive a magazine explosion for 8 minutes before sinking
Hell if I know.

the modder has been notified. in the mod update, he replaced the lancasters with B17s that DO take AA damage.
