I Redrafted The NFL!!!

- Let’s pretend we can clear every NFL roster and redraft the first round of the NFL draft! I decided draft order by looking at the franchise records for the last 20 years. The crappy franchises pick early! It was fascinating to think through this. Obviously quarterback is super important, but after 7 quarterbacks, it got wild! I took into account player ages and positional value.
Basically, if you’re starting a franchise with just one player when you’re on the clock, who’s it gonna be?

I would put the rookie QBs higher. Micah and Bosa are valuable assets but you’ll never get for them what Carolina gave up for Bryce Young.
The gamble that he works out at QB is just too valuable; the top 15 or so picks probably should have all been QBs

Of all the names. Watt gave it (I mean me) the most trouble.
That’s what’s fascinating. Like would you rather have Daniel Jones or jamaar chase. I feel like there’s a definite cutoff at QB. For me it was 7.
I personally don't believe offensive linemen would be going that high, like I know how good they are but I don't see any o-linemen being valued more than Nick Bosa or Patrick Surtain
You might be right. O-line vs D-line vs WR vs CB vs meh QBs. It’s a toss up for me.
There’s genuinely no way you have Anthony Richardson, a guy who hasn’t played a single SNAP in the NFL going at 19. You think he’s the 19th best player in the NFL? You think that if these teams had their pick of the lot, they’re gonna take a guy who hasn’t done anything except show inconsistency at the college level? Also you have Brock Purdy going in the first round? He’s coming off of an injury that oils be career ending. And he really didn’t reven show much last year either. He’s extremely unproven as well. These are EXTREMELY questionable picks.
I hear ya on both. Anthony Richardson would 1000% go in the first round of a draft like this. Maybe not 19. I partially just thought it would be funny to give Belichick Brock purdy but I think there’s a small chance he’d get taken in this draft. Thanks for watching! I was hoping for dialogue like this!
Cards should have taken tyreek
I really struggled with whether or not to put tyreek on here. Age only factor. I’d be fascinated to know if a team would take him in a startup draft.
