We #love this cheap metal throttle that has a shorter pull making for a faster opening of the carburetor equaling quicker response for the new xr150l. #fun
The exhaust pipe looks awesome. I really like the look without the tank plastics. I think they’re also air deflectors to keep the air cooled engine Temps down? I took my tank plastics off when I did the big bore kit and I really like the looks of it without the tank plastics. Have you noticed any downside beside from the mounts for the rear plastics?
@@613Builds that may be true but I wouldn’t know. I personally took them off because I like the look without them too and thought that it caused less drag so it had a chance at higher top speed. I plan on adding an oil cooler at some point and I’m going to heat wrap the header after I have another bung welded in for the wideband setup.
@@613Builds as for the rear plastics, it’s fine if you find a way to mount the battery. I personally used very heavy duty zip ties for the battery and it’s solid. I may replace with hose clamps though. I’m probably going to relocate everything though. I’m also going to put a regular dirtbike mudflap and maybe eventually even rear and front fender from an older SL. I like the flat fender look.
Sweet!
@@MishMashMoto thank you for watching!
