Love it! I am currently painting a room dark turqois, I was only going to paint one wall but my 7yo started painting a 2nd so I guess I'm painting 2 walls now! Had to go buy more paint and freaking out a little, but your room looks so good now I'm excited to see how mine turns out!

Beautiful! We just painted our office in Benjamin Moore's Hunter Green, which is not really a hunter green. It has more cool tones and can almost come off blackish.

Beautiful!One of my living room is painted in the lime.Which is funny because my aunt paint my cousins rm that color years ago. I said to her why that color is pretty but very bright.Here I go years later without thinking I painted my room the same color.Then it dawned on me I could do was laugh.

Also, I'm sure someone else has already told you this, but we HIGHLY recommend Behr Scuff Defense! It's a matte finish but it's durable. It's what we painted our whole RV with. And although there have been times we've had to touch a couple spots up, overall, it's held together VERY well, even with two rough and tumble doggos🤍

I love it. I am moving into a small apartment and i am bored with the plain white walls they painted for me. I always loved the deeper colours.
I want to do the same for my bedroom. The blinds they that are in the bedroom are nice and i dont want to take them down. However they are a what one would call a 'dusty rose'. A very light pink. What deep colour should i use for the bedroom. Any suggestions?

Please suggest me with olive green sofa what carpet or rug I should go for my living room
Next time get "semi-gloss" instead of "flat". Flat is traditionally meant for more of a base coat. It will be more durable without the being too shiny. Worked in construction my whole life. Only finish paint I will ever buy. Good luck. Green looks gorgeous.😁👍

Will a green wall (thinking dark sage) go w light beige walls? I want to paint my living room but don't know if I should do all 3 walls or just one. Another issue of that my apartment is very dark , I only have a small window and doesn't give much natural light. Worried it will make the apartment even darker
Dark Sage will be stunning! 😍 I completely understand the hesitation though.
It will definitely compress the space a little bit, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It just depends on what you’re wanting. A darker space can be grounding and cozy. You could just start with one wall and work your way up. 🤷🏼♀️
I had the same worry, but finally came to the conclusion that I could just as easily paint it back to white if I decided it was too overbearing.

what color wallpaper would you recommend for light green walls? I wanted to cover one side of the wall (the window wall) with wallpaper because that side tends to crack more. I dont know what color wallpaper I should choose with light green walls. Majority of my furniture is medium dark wood and white. What would you recommend?

I’ve had my eye on a few vintage-inspired floral prints, but it really depends on your personal style preferences! If I were to pick a wallpaper right now, I’d probably think of it like artwork and not worry so much about whether it’s trending or not, but rather seek a print/color that resonates with the overall mood I’m going for in the space.
With a light green and darker wood, I bet a light gray or light cream based design would be pretty and complimentary… You’re making me want to experiment with wallpaper. 😏👏🏼

I totally understand that concern! I had the same hesitation going into this project.
I guess it just depends on the feeling you’re going for. Honestly, my living room does look a little smaller, but the feeling is crazy cozy now, which I prefer over a large space.
It sounds silly, but that mirror on the wall really helps to keep the room open and gives an illusion of extra space. So that’s always an option if you need a backup.

Hi Anita! 😊 Lighting will play a big factor in the ultimate color brightness/saturation. My paint is a lot brighter during daytime when there’s direct daylight streaming through the windows vs evening when the lighting is more indirect- the green is much deeper. If you know a local hardware store that carries BHER paint, I would get a small sample from them so you can test a swatch in the space you’re thinking to make sure it works for you.

I was able to squeak by with just 1 gallon; two overall coats on both walls. 😅👏🏼 I had a good base color to start on, so that helped.
I bought a couch in that color
I think it looks nice but the warm green clashes with the cool grey couch , but on the otherhand the green goes very well with your cognac leather chair. your rug, your flooring, the paino and your shiplac accent wall but for some reason though the couch is gorgeous It looks odd with the green and I can't put my finger on why that is .
