The HBADA Pro features a 3-zone lumbar support that can be adjusted to wrap around your waist and hold you in place to keep you from slouching. The lumbar support is spring so it moves back when you sit down. The lumbar support has been incredibly comfortable when sitting and it feels amazing when leaning back. This has a 140 degree reclined. The leg rest is also very comfortable.

The headrest seems to be the best of their range. Even more expensive chairs have headrests that suck.
This is a huge con for me (4:43). I like to have my hands at the table. That's why I usually remove the armrest to get closer to the table.
Did you test "closing" the armrest to see if it helps with the mentioned issue?
Also, is it possible to use it without the armrest. Does it look good?

Yeah, rotating the armrest inwards helps a little, but it's not the most comfortable position like that. It doesn't look great without the armrest.
