This is like if they did an on-set rehearsal before the actual video. Nobody's really got their lines down yet, but it gives them an idea of the general layout of the skit.
I just like to imagine Soldier is prolonging his searching and “Attention” purely so he can try to remember what he was supposed to say

Heavy: Forgets basically every line
Engineer: Did kinda well, but messed up some stage directions and a few lines
Spy: Did quite well, only missed a handful of his lines.
Sniper: Got his question wrong.
Soldier: Same as spy, only missed one or two lines i think?
Medic: Got all his lines right, unfortunately he was locked in the ambulance.
Scout: Had literally two lines, and messed them up.
Demoman: Flatout drunk, couldn't say any of his lines.

all that heavy remembers is that he's meant to be dead
The spy also jumped up in the script when he said the Engineer is the murderer.

Medic also missed his mark, the ambulance wasn't supposed to hit the wall, spy lost all his props, and Demoman shockingly nailed his stage directions, just didn't say anything.
Basically what happened on set during filming of heavy is dead
Heavy keeps forgetting his lines so he tries to have long thoughts to desperately remember them but ends up saying the wrong thing or repeats himself
Engineer usually remembered his lines but he often forgets what he supposed to do
Spy forgot some of his lines but wants to keep the plot going, even if he ruined the "suprise"
Sniper never bothered to practice and skips his dialouge and says the wrong thing and doesn't even care
Solider does forget a few of his lines but he doesn't realize everyone forgot the script so he just bumbles along to the performance
Medic actually remembers his lines and knows exactly what hes supposed to do, the only reason he couldn't exit because he told the stage crew not to lock the ambulances doors, but they did anyways
Scout completely butchered the delivery of his line, he had one job! Hes been practicing of days and nights and was confident he can do it and he fucked it up
Demoman arrived to the stage drunk off his ass and shitfaced and had no idea what he was doing
A serious meeting was held to discuss the abysmal shitshow they performed
At least medic was given a pass for actually following the script

i love how medic just continues all his lines from the ambulance, even the kiss, he really is the embodiment of "the show must go on"
Every messed up line:
- Heavy says his doodadling but forgot to open the gate
- Heavy smiles and tries to remember his lines
- Engineer didn't shoot Heavy for 5 seconds
- Heavy tries to remember how to dye
- Engineer forgets to throw the telescope
- Heavy stops for 3 secs
- Spy forgets his line and remembers it after 3 secs though missed the "is the Heavy"
- Heavy says uh and straight up says hes ded
- Heavy says hes very ded and not ragdolling
- Sniper gets the question wrong
- Spy straight up says the Engineer is the murderer and everyone agrees
- Spy forgets what he will do
- Soldier prolongs the "attention" line
- Spy says that he doesn't know that the Heavy is ded
- Soldier sniffs the ground too long
- Soldier doesn't say that the pew-pew is what caused Heavy's unlife
- Spy, Engineer and Sniper are not shown in the green screen
- Medic remembers every line he has, but he forgot his ambulance keys
- Without Medic, Heavy doesn't float in the air
- Scout had 2 lines, *TWO* lines. And he messed them up.
- Spy doesn't take the TO THE POINT sign
- Heavy pokes his own body 3 times then says that he is ded
- Heavy tries to remember his lines again
- Heavy doesn't question who killed him but rather say that he is ded
- Demo is drunk. nuff said.
- Engineer doesn't say that he's the murderer
- Engineer tries to remember his lines while a RED version of him dances in his head
- Heavy and Engineer don't argue
- The subtitles say that spy shrugs instead of saying "It's tradition"
- Heavy says he's ded yet again
- Spy forgets his lines and doesn't commit sudoku

Sniper didn't say "who's up for a-" either
Medic being stuck in the Ambulance was like the funniest thing and I cant even explain why
