Robin was kept from his children for 6 years when he divorced his first wife and he said it drove him to near madness. He tried consistently to get the courts to overturn that decision and advocated strongly for fathers’ rights. He finally was able to get his rights restored and worked hard (and succeeded) in repairing his relationships with his son and daughter. Don’t make glib assumptions about people and their feelings or motivations.

She went of course and spent Andy's 30th birthday with him, Robin didn't go. Then Andy had to go to hospital and Barbara was all alone there too. The following morning Andy died. It was all very sudden. Still no Robin. He truly didn't care. That's despicable behaviour towards his younger brother. Heartless actually. He was no help to his mother either. It's no wonder Hugh tried to have him committed. He was seriously mentally ill. No normal person acts like that 🤬

He wasn’t the 1st one to die. Andy passed away first in 1988 then Maurice in 2003 and Robin in 2012.

That was sadly part of his illness that he had. It's very sad that cancer did that to him.
Saw that interview recently and it was heartbreaking. He was always on the thin side but the illness did that to him 😔
