I was bestfriends with someone for years since nursery all the way to year 9 in high school. She always used to look me up and down for what i wear and always used to judge me alot, i never used to notice and she used to judge me alot. I had to cut her off purely because she wasnt a true friend. We had grown apart ❤️

This video has helped me see things from a different perspective and has really inspired me. I’m always such a positive and happy person and hate seeing people down- others always come first because that’s what makes me happy. Sometimes i fear being open and honest with friends because I don’t want to hurt them, even If they’ve hurt me. I do need to be honest because otherwise I’m bottling stuff up and dealing with it alone. Love the advise in this video! I’m exactly the same as you and have a small amount of friends due to issues mentioned in this video. I’m very open with my thoughts and so address problems and you’re so right if you just mention it to them and they get their back up and don’t want to change any of their behaviour they’re just not worth it!
