Yes very good point this is why we get the big clients with the big bucks with deep pockets because our picnic tables are in top shape this year we project to spend about $3500 and just table top replacements.

I cringe when I see something dirty or messed up at a takedown, something that we might have missed earlier because we were rushing. People don't think it matters, because seldom does that information get passed back to you, but the big players want quality products and services, and they're willing to pay more for that.

Hey Les, any advice on winter PE tent setup in winter in Michigan? I have a client who wants to hold party on Christmas Eve. Was thinking of using a turbo heater to keep things warm while setting up.

      1. Dress Warm.
      2. Use older tents.
      3. Charge a bit more.
      4. Depending on the size of the job, maybe hire an extra guy to help.

@oscarmendez3300 how did it go? Which heater did you end up using?

Nobody cares what drape bases look like.

@TheRentalJourney yea, I get that and appreciate you for it. When you do pipe & drape as long as I have your bases eventually get like that. Absolutely no need to replace. If yours look like that & want to get rid of them, I'll buy them from you lol.
