    Spoke to one customer today, she will buy her own game, golfing game of some sort which I don't have. Did it happen to anyone that customers did not want to pay, and purchase games themselves. Some customers do I guess. I also list some speaker(karaoke PA etc.) to run for $100 for 3-4 days. Anything good for colder months in SO CAL which is not problably too cold anyways. To be straight , I haven't rented out anything yet but sure someone will rent sooner or later. Once I have reservation, I will order games.

    Here's a thought on "advertising"... I can't think of how many halls, church and otherwise, that my wife and I looked into when planning our Stag and Doe. Not a SINGLE ONE offered me any sort of "Discount package with Stag and Doe Games and or supplies like tickets, cash aprons, cash boxes, etc"
    If you look up every hall in your city that's renting for Stag and Doe's and offer them a cut of your profits if they mention you to interested parties/book through you on behalf of the parties?!

    • @TheDylls
      @TheDylls Před rokem

      Between making a few games and buying a few of those supplies, that's not a TERRIBLY expensive business to start. Especially if you call around to those halls FIRST and tell them that you've already got all of the stuff... (As long as you're actually prepared to be able to deliver potentially quickly, obviously lol)

      You can't prevent it. But you can read a person and read them. For example, I had this one guy ask me a bunch of shady questions before trying to rent them. He asked questions like: "what happens if they don't get returned?" and etc. I turned him down because of the vibes haha. But you can protect your games with a proper contract if you want to sue or go to court over the stolen games. But I don't see it being worth the headache.
