• WET💦 SONGKRAN in SILO...
I just travelled to Thailand to experience Songkran 2024 festival in Bangkok, last year I was also In Thailand for Songkran festival, but not in Bangkok, but a lot smaller place called Hua Hin.
This Songkran Festival day vlog starts when I drive through city of Bangkok with my Motorbike taxi, this is always fun experience for me. But stay careful, I try to get helmet from the driver usually.
I head to Songkran Festival in Silom as this was very good on the first day and it was quite close to me I thought I start from Silom and head to Khao San road later in the evening. Vlogging Silom Songkran was pretty wild it was full of people having water wars. I managed to get some nice Jackfruit in middle of all that chaos and it was actually really good and tasty.
Then I headed to Lumphini park near Silom MRT just to relax a bit after getting soaked with water. I also swapped my camera battery.
Then up next was Khao San Road, I took the bus from Silom to Central World and from there I took another bus to Khao San Road, but what I found out very quickly is that Khao San road was extremely busy and traffic was completely jammed over there.
Khao San road looked really good in the evening as they have very nice light decorations there so it looks really fancy, I headed to the busiest areas of Khao San road to experience Songkran Festival there but I soon became to realise that it is way too busy over there.
I made a new friend there that I chilled around with as she also lost her friend and I was alone anyway, so it was cool to have some company for few hours. We both wanted to get out of Khao San road as it was too busy, to go to the main areas to experience Songkran there.
We headed to King Power Mall as she knew that there is some event over there, we took a bus to get there. I Don't know, but I love taking busses in Thailand especially those older ones. Anyway when we got to King Power Mall the event was over for that day sadly. So we just thought that we go grab some delicious Thai Food nearby. After the late dinner was done, I said bye to my new friend.
Then I was going to train, but I went by this bus stop and I realized it's actually easier to by bus from there so I asked few locals which bus should I take and I found this friendly Thai Lady who spoke english, and she was going same direction as she did so I joined her company for that bus ride to Silom.
When I got back to Silom I went for some quick Pad Thai, but It was challenging to go through the smaller streets as there were people always looking for new targets to splash some water on and they sure got me good.
After yummy Pad Thai I started heading back to my Hotel and experienced many water fights on my way back. It was very wild Songkran in Bangkok Thailand, I will surely be back as Songkran Festival is one of my favorite Festivals in the world. I really recommend coming to experience this on your own.

@@notsniw135 Yeah true, need with a bigger container next year. The gun that also can see on the video, that would be good. As it still good to use with one hand, but has bigger amount of water😀😀
