yet best Polish player ever Lewandowski play now in national team , and Poland will be better and better , for years infrastructure was biggest issue in Poland and no one invested in it , but from time Poland made Euro 2012 with Ukraine , infrastructure is much better , and there is also EU "thing" , because after Poland joined EU 2004 many Poles have migrated for work in EU states , and those people had children , and those children started to train in England , Holland , France where ever Poles went to live , and some children of those Poles in just few years will start professional career , I am sure that in 10-15 years Polansd will be having one of the strongest team in the world... 1986 was not end ... that was just beginig of free Poland !
@@huzarion3814 Kazimierz Denya, Lubanski, Lato, Zarmarzh, Robert Gadocha, Karspezach, Boniek were the best polish players of our life time!! They were in a class of their own!! Lewandowski is a good striker but is not in the same class as them!! Yes, EU has destroyed football all over Europe!! Polish football past 30 years has terribly declined just like Hungary, Russia, Czech Rep., Romania, Bulgaria!! Infrastructure and money may have improved, but that can never bring back the quality of football of 1970s!! That golden era has sailed its never coming back!!

As albanian, I watched that match in Tirana stadium ALBANIA POLAND 0-1 . I WAS only 8 years old. Albania had beaten Belgium 2-0 some months ago, and theb first leg in poland finished 2-2. Thus poland needed a win. Thanks to boniek coming right after heysel tragedy thaey managed to get through.

To naprawdę cud że Polska wtedy awansowała. Najpierw wymęczone zwycięstwo z Grecją u siebie, potem m.in. wymęczony remis u siebie z Albanią, przegrana w dwumeczu z Belgią, a jednak jakimś cudem zajęli pierwsze miejsce i awansowali.
No cóż, Belgowie w wyjazdowym ( granym tuż przed Świętami Bożego Narodzenia) dwumeczu z Grecją i Albanią tylko 1 pkt, to zdecydowało.., nie zgodzę się że remis z Albanią wymęczony..Polacy byli po prostu bardzo nieskuteczni, a Albania dwie, trzy kontry i dwie bramki...ale fakt że " Czerwone Diabły" miały dużo mocniejszą jedenastkę która doszła do półfinału w Mexico'86
Na mistrzostwach wyszliśmy z grupy po jednym zwycięstwie z 3 miejsca. 😳szczęście nas nie opuszczało…aż do Brazylii

Belgia w barażach trafia na Holandię i ją ogrywa róznicą bramek na wyjeździe, trenerem Holandii był wtedy... Leo Benhakker. Słabi byliśmy wtedy, choć skład robił wrażenie, gdyby Belgia nie pośliznęła się na Alabanii to chyba nie byłoby nas na tych mistrzostwach, no i moze byłoby to lepiej dla nas, patrząc na dwa ostatnie niesławne mecze

Offside regulation happened early 90's. Nowadays, that 25:37 wouldn't be offside.
