    It is a fantastic program, with few but good exercises. I couldn't bend forward before due to pain, but they disappeared afterwards. Thank you for your time. 🙏🏼

    I love this one too. I have a bone spurs and bulging disc at cervical areas too. Partial hip fusion and bone spurs throughout tspine. Please make more. I would appreciate a variety of your instruction. I do wi gong as well.
