That is very clever use of making sure to not deal with hours of pain fueled hours of catching a pokemon that doesn't get caught with the ball that you want to catch it with.

This is great, what glue do you use?
He's using E6000. Is pretty great stuff for resin and acrylic projects
A piece of advice for the next one use white paint first (preferably matte) as that gives you a very good base to paint and not go over it over and over and over again
he is already using colored parts close to it’s desired end result. if he will prime it with white paint, it will turn that useless
the paints he is using probably just have low pigment count so require a few layers to build a solid coat.

How do you record the process of the resin printer like this?
It seems like it lifts the build plate all the way out of the vat to a predetermined height for each photo. Those prints would take forever. I'd love to know for sure though
It looks like he used a script in the slicer to bring the build plate up to a set hieght after each layer which would then trigger the camera, I think he then just rotated the video image after wards to make it look like the part was prined like an FDM process. Just noticed when the excess resin drops upwards.
