I am from the US and tried to buy a ticket and download the app, but it wouldn’t let me. I tried using a VPN, but that didn't work either. I even changed my region, but I still couldn't download the app. I attempted to purchase online after sending a message, but now the time to purchase has expired. Do you know if they might put the tickets up for sale regularly, not just via the lottery? If so, what would be a good recommendation for purchasing them from the US?
Usually, there will be a resale period. It’s first come first served basis and they will choose the platform to do it. Not sure if US users can access it though.
