Sherry, years ago did you ever watch Christopher Lowell on HGTV? He taught how to ‘layer’ a room to make it look put together and complete and what you have shown is exactly the same but for fall. Your style is SO my style and I learn so much from you, not to mention that watching your videos just makes my soul happy!😊💕

I’ve been trying to remember for years who I used to watch when I was as young as 4, and that name rang a bell and I looked him up and that’s who I used to love!
Christopher is 65 now and still decorating. I wish he had his own show again. It would be a welcome change to watching some of these makeover shows where everything is so sterile and devoid of color

I find the clusters of metal leaves at thrift stores & make metal flowers out of them with other junk like a piece of barbed wire for a stem & old faucet handles for flowers. I put them on my fence to let vines climb up. I think my favorite today was the old thermos/vase. So simple & cozy looking. Thank you for sharing your amazing creativity.

I love the pot and the pot stand in your entry way. I’m the same about thrift stores! No new furniture in my house except a pink little girls bed my mom got. Even my piano was free!
Everything was so warm and beautiful. A walk in the woods or local parks are a good free source for things and you gave lots of ideas for what could be free decor. My favorite of your videos thus far. Thank you for the home tour. It was the longest one I've ever seen...why, you ask? Because I paused it every 10 seconds so I could drink it all in! You gave me many new ideas, I have lots of pit berries and pine cones and little lights I can use in new ways thanks to your ideas. you can take any book and take the cover off turn it inside out with the white on the outside and stamp fall buzzwords on the book edges wrap with jute twine and maybe some fall color wooden beads, and stack them, then after fall you can turn the covers back to normal!!! voila easy fall decor!! i love most of your decor just gorgeous, but i think some of it is a little cluttered, I would par down a bit maybe?? I love your old wooden spindles so great!! Once you get too cluttered it ruins the specialness of your items....thanks for you beautiful home tour!!
