The water supply for Coal Cracker is pumped through pipes connected to a 14,000-square-foot man-made lake. This lake has the capacity to store 100,000-US-gallon of water, and the pump system can handle approximately 25,000-US-gallon a minute.
Guests are loaded into the boats from a revolving turntable; as the boats are always in motion this permits a higher ride capacity while providing more stability during loading and unloading.

i love this ride me and my friends got on it and we finally got my friend who’s afraid of roller coasters to do it and she was terrified at the drop cus we didn’t know there was one it was so funny we were all like can we go back and the employee was like yeah jump out the boat lol 10/10 would recommend but there is a lot of wood bees during the wait 😭

Just try to go to knotts berry farm at california and then go on ghostrider the wooden coaster and like it's nothing and it's actually fun !!! Be brave
The Kawaii Animal I HATE large coasters, and I rode this when I was 7. I’m 15 now, but I remember loving the drop despite my hate to drops.

This is one of the rides you don’t really think about when you go to HersheyPark, but it’s a pretty good ride for sure
I went to Hershey yesterday and went on that with some of my friends. IT WAS AWESOME!!!
When I went this was my favorite
For everyone going to Hershypark and going on this ride for the first time, trust me the drop is not bad AT ALL. It looks worse than it really is while on the ride. Please try out the ride it's a great way to get over log ride fear.

I remember trying to find this ride and I couldn’t find it until the last day I was there, it was really fun and I got soaked.
This almost reminds me of the Jet Stream at Six Flags Magic Mountain. In fact, the boats are the same design.

I went on this before and OH BOY I WASNT EXPECTING THE DROP
I went on this and the line for it went surprisingly very quick

I loved this ride. I got so scared at the drop, but I was so hot and hoping to get wet, and we barely got wet, and I said, "oh well, water ride doesn't get you wet, I'll go get myself wet."
So I went to the water park, went on the hurricane, and boom, I was freezing 😅

Me being a really big scaredy cat would recommend this to anyone as it is more fun then anything if your scared of stuff like roleercosters just the right amount of drop and such if you close your eyes ( I didn’t ) I feel to be it feels even less like your dropping idk might be different for everyone
