Very good video. It would be better though to transform the "actual / budget" column into two columns, one for actual and one for budget and then get rid of the one combination column. This would improve the usefulness of the report. If you agree, then would you add two conditional if columns, or how else would you approach that "improvement".
I would suggest to create a pivot table from the cleaned data if you want actual / budget columns separated.
