Just the turbo set up and supporting bits for fueling. STS developed it to be essentially directly plug and play on an otherwise stock C5. 5-6 psi of boost is very comfortable for a bone stock LS1. So although its not the most powerful twin turbo set up, it certainly doesn't lack fun factor!
So long as you stay somewhat light on the throttle it just sounds like a stock car with an axle back exhaust. Regardless, it's looks are unquestionably deceiving, for a Corvette anyway!
Not a very big corvette fan but I like the turbo setup
Turbocharging pretty much anything usually makes even the most unappealing cars interesting at the very least!
Is that boost system still available?
Not through STS anymore unfortunately. Might be some used kits on the market out there somewhere though!
@@centauricollective I would hope so. Dad seems like a fun kit to install.
500 ish is that crank or rwhp ?
Approximate crank, should be in the low 400s whp. Easily drive-able but still an animal!
@@centauricollective Any other mods or just turbo setup?

What the hell is a Zed O6 😂 it's a Z06 Z not Zed
Ah right! Our Canadian-ness got in the way 😅
@@centauricollective I'm just kidding 😂 I am a friend of anyone who also loves Corvettes
A c5 corvette that sounds like that is definitely not a sleeper.

@@centauricollective OK, I just know if I heard a c5 whistling like that I'm going to stand aside. My c5 is stock unfortunately.
This is the most boring car I have ever seen.
