I bought Rory's Book & I couldn't put it down as I was so absorbed in it. In fact, I immediately reread it in case I missed something. It was amazing how he poured his & Joey's heartfelt feelings & the love they had for each other into it. He's one beautiful person & I can see why Joey fell head over heels for him. I only wish the best for Rory, sweet little Indy & his daughters Heidi & Hope on their Journey moving forward without Beautiful Joey in their present lives. May GOD Bless them all.
That is why she is in heaven now! That is why I don't question god! She was such a beautiful soul, too beautiful for this earth! She was here for a while to show people love, compassion, faith and grace and her purpose here was done. Once she fulfilled it she went home. That is why she felt such peace with her passing

I fell in love with them because of the love was just projected on there singing together like no other. When I heard of Joey's passing I felt the loss like it was a family member. I know this video is two years past, but I just want to say. Rory, God bless you and Joey for bringing this old man's heart joy! Joey. I hope to see you in heaven someday with my wife singing with Rory.

Vintage Rose. Well said. I would have been extremely surprised had Rory disowned his beautiful daughter. Sexual orientation does not define a person. My daughter came to tell us that she was gay. I had known something was bothering her for some time, And all sorts of horrible thoughts came to mind, So when she told me what was actually going on with her!! All I could say was IS that all? I thought you were Sick and didn't want me to know... She is a beautiful daughter inside and out. A hard worker, kind, Compassionate, Always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who may need it. Raising her brother's Child and working full time. Other people's negative opinions are their opinions. And like all of us they have a right to express them. But maybe they really ought to take a good long hard look at their own lives. I thank God that she is a beautiful soul, That Defines who she is. Not her sexual orientation. I do feel sorry for those people who lose their Children because they have absolutely no idea what they've lost because of their own bigotry.
This is certainly not inspirational! It's a sad tragedy that may have been prevented if Joey had sought prenatal care. They may have discovered the cancer and had better options than when they found out. Why she chose to not have any medical care is questionable at her age. No doubt the pregnancy advanced the cancer. In this day and age cervical cancer is curable.
If you don't want a child, please don't go off birth control and "trust god to do the right thing". Not everyone is meant to be a mother. Joey grew to love Indiana, not everyone will and you cannot take back having a child.
Joey grew to love Indiana? that is not a correct depiction of what happened. Joey was afraid to be a mother because she didnt know what kind of mother she would be. She loved Indiana from the moment she laid eyes on her.
God did NOT bring these two lost people together. Rory has a wife, the mother of his first set of kids, his 2 oldest daughters, the homosexual and the atheist. Just because you've gotten a divorce does not mean that person is not your spouse. Divorce is a sin. Jesus said very clearly, "Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her. And if she divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery.” (Mark 10:11-12) So no this was not a marriage, this was ADULTERY. And they made matters even worse by having a child out of wedlock, in adultery. Joey was never for Rory and that is why God allowed it to end. When we choose sin, we destroy our own lives and make our own lives very difficult needlessly. Now Rory is a single parent again. Rory should follow Jesus and stop jumping in bed with women when he already has a wife. Rory if you are reading this try reconciling with your wife. Your real one.
You realize this is from 2 years ago right? Of course hes still mourning the year after is wife's death. Hes promoting his books, not trying to get sympathy. He was on a book tour, talking about his life & books so of course hes going to talk about her and their lives.
