At first I thought they were pulling my leg but nope, bought one and it works fine, except the sound quality is a bit unstable and sometimes it just randomly hangs up. The date is just a coincidence.
well the sound quality on mine is excellent, you should probably contact Razer and get a replacement

Same mine is hanging up randomly too, but the soubd quality is great.
We don't have the "hanging up randomly" issue, you may have to take yours in.. This is an excellent replacement for those garbage phones, and the garbage mice, probably shouldn't have spent $1040 for 10 employees,

Guys a lot of u were complaining that the sound quality is bad i found a solution! Maybe 4 years later, but i did! You have to plug in the razer toaster, then press 4 then 1 on the mouse after that, turn on the toaster for 10 secs, then plug it out and it works perfectly again! Hope it helped

I love it i just called Canada from the USA and talked for hours crystal clear signal. Much better then the Google phone highly recommend this for over seas calling as well and clarity i will never pay another phone bill again thank you Razor i love it.

I had the razer logo as my wallpaper on my computer, and my friend uses his cousins computer (witch has a razer naga) and even though I had a razer taipan, kabuto, deathstalker ultimate and kraken 7.1 on my desk he goes "Dude, do you even have any naga products whatsoever?" And I couldn't stop laughing. XD
That doesn't stop the mouse from being an actual retail product.
