Repairing an Obsolete Transmission Gear and Damaged Iron Transmission Casting

As a guest speaker at the Midwest Willys Reunion, I shared my TIG welding repairs of iron castings and transmission gears. This is a live presentation with slideshow from that evening. The damaged and obsolete cluster gear is from a rare, mid-sixties Ford truck T89N overdrive transmission. The transmission case repair is vintage T86, which could be Jeep but is actually from a Hudson automobile.
