    I have the same baler and I am going through the same struggles. Broken needles, bent forks, broken chains. But knots every time and beautifully.
    My windrows were rained on two days ago and I probably won’t baler them up for a week. They are trash
    I’m watching to see how you make out.
    Tip: turn off that PTO on a turn. That’s when it seems to always crash on me. At the turns

      Good point, I keep the PTO running to prevent plunger stall and slipping the clutch. Another little adjustment I need to fine tune :)

    Ok I baled years with a Massey ten baler his problem was he wasn't watching his hay intake and over feed it it filled bale chamber then threw timing of

    Do not crowd the baler and my experience is rpm 1500 to 1700.Find your sweet spot .

    Stop overfeeding the baler, and learn where 540 pto rpm is
