SCP-2686 is an adult male human, estimated to be approximately 75 years of age, currently located within Mare Imbrium on the lunar surface. This location is designated as SCP-2686-1 . He is not visibly biologically anomalous, though has claimed in past interviews to possess anomalous capabilities, primarily those generally assigned in Welsh traditions originating in the Early Middle Ages as belonging to a magician or wizard. These anomalous abilities include the ability to travel large distances instantaneously, the ability to project energy towards a target, the ability to transform its body at will into the shape of various animals, and several others. None of the abilities have at any point been observed by Foundation personnel.

Everybody does raid ads I don't mind it so much with flashgitz because he makes them so damn funny. If you make ads funny/witty. I dont mind them as much. I know they gotta make money somehow if we were in their position we'd be doing the same thing.
@@Priinsu most companies give you a very precise script that you have to read word for word.
If not that, you usually get very specific bullet points and phrases that need to be in the Ad.
There really isn't much room for creativity there for the vast majority of creators. I usually just skip ahead past the ad section and watch the video.
CZcams decided that none of that revenue needs to go to the creators, especially ones that they decided were “not ad friendly” they still fill the video with ads they just only pay out to CZcams.

This is the perfect example of the inconsistency with the levels. Every single official explanation (at least for the main 3: Safe, Euclid, and Keter) say that the levels only designate how difficult it is to contain the anomalies, not a description of how “dangerous” they might be. If the foundation isn’t able to figure out a way to actually contain this SCP, then why is it not Keter?
