- This video shows how to use vectorization.org to convert common image file formats to vector at the click of a button (or a few buttons). I then show how to edit the resulting vector image to get it ready for our CNC plasma cutter. I get slightly distracted along the way and do some custom designs that leave me wondering if I should have bothered to make this at all!

This is my first week using Inkscape so I'm still figuring it out. I mostly use Adobe products but wanted to show a free alternate to vector drawing. This is also my first try at screen recording lessons with a webcam using OBS obsproject.com/

You can convert almost any image to a vector format using www.vectorization.org/ . I usually output them to SVG if using Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator to do my image editing.
Leave the comment section for questions and comments related to the project. I'm happy to answer questions but I'll ignore trolls or overall useless comments. I spent a lot of time documenting and creating this video and my goal is to help someone else with their projects.

These guys supply tables all over the place but I'm lucky enough to have my shop in the same city as these tables are fabricated! Amazing support team and highly recommend their CNC tables! - Jak na to + styl
Dude! 👏👏👏 this is an amazing tutorial!
Thanks for the awesome & hilarious tutorial!
This saved me a lot of time thanks again
Or just make a printscreen and save that in a supported format. Win-key + Shift + S to make a print-screen out of a selection. But the website seems like to do a good job and finally now I know how to make a pregnant camicorn. Thanks
The camicorn is always the end goal. I'll make another video on print screen technique options!
10 gauge is .134 of an inch i do this for a living
If Sheetcam had a simple tool setting for .134 or .125 instead of me saying 10g then yes I would choose that. For the teenagers in the classroom who I made this basic intro video for.... well I think they will survive another day despite the 0.009 difference.
Thank you for watching oh wise internet expert! Seriously though... thanks for watching
