    Thanks for these videos!Sleep is definitely a factor for me as well as weather changes and food triggers. If I get into a bad cycle I go to a Physical Therapist that understands cervogenic headaches and that helps a lot. Imitrex still works great for me IF I take it at the onset ( don’t wait to see if it gets better) Good luck 🍀 to everyone experiencing these.
