      I've watched the CZcams video 'The Grounded' a couple of times, it's also very family friendly. Electric Magnetic Frequencies affect our body so much more that people know. I don't use my wifi often, but on a day that I do turn it on I can see seven of my neighbor's wifi that reach into my home, (wish I could ask them all to adjust the reach of their wifi). This is probably why I began getting more restful sleep after I began grounding at night. It's been three months so I'm sure that is what made the difference. Wired baby monitors are safer for babies. I'm stepping off my soap box now, and I didn't even mention cell phones. :o) Thank you so much Dr. Berg, I can't wait.

    Sufferers of Atrial Fibrillation should also keep an eye on their Dental Health. I had a root canal treatment that failed and allowed bacteria to invade my jaw! It took 10 months to find the problem and then have Specialist dental treatment to fix the problem. During that period I was having daily attacks of AFIB for up to 5 hours per day! After the tooth was fixed the AFIB events reduced in severity and length, to now when I have not had an AFIB episode for over 6 months. There is some research out there connecting dental bacteria to Heart problems, so it may be worth looking into if you are otherwise healthy but suffer from AFIB.

I mean it's not that serious I've got atrial fibrillation that's way more difficult to deal with and more dangerous so I'm on drugs for that. • @TLH442
      @TLH442 Před 2 lety +1

      @@RkicF8 calcium isn't the problem for some people wouldn't have osteoporosis if they can't store the calcium in their bones because they don't have the vitamin d. But you're right calcium is easy to get it's in a lot of stuff especially if you're eating meats and dairy. The other three electrolytes are what you should be concentrating on magnesium, potassium, sodium, in that order. If you're eating leafy greens then soft tissue calcium is not a problem it's transported to your bones where it belongs. Calcium does not belong in your veins and it does not belong in your pineal gland it's bad for your health. So I take a calcium channel blocker. This is because it overstimulates the heart and I need to slow my heart down so that it don't get atrial fibrillation. It's amazing how much you learn when you get a disease. But if you watch Dr Berg's videos he points this out and he's absolutely right about calcium and the way it works in the body.

    My 18 year old daughter had sudden death in December. Luckily directly in front of me and we did CPR and she was life flighted and everything. It was determined due to heart arrhythmia and potentially is Brugata although genetic testing was done and still not for sure. She had been drinking quite a few energy drinks for about a year leading up to the incident. None that day but she experienced a migraine and left work early. She was feeling a lot of stress as well. If makes sense to me that the energy drinks most likely were a leading factor.

Then advised to eat natto or take vit k2 mk7 along with vit D3 as it reverses the calcium build up in soft tissue back to bones teeth or passed out in stools.
    Electrolytes are important as well.

He told me nothing about electrolytes and something close to this. Nothing. He just give me pills and offer electrical shock to fix my heart. It could work but he admit that the problem can come back in one year. Of curse, because it would not target the cause. I was also shocked when I told him, that I can not have any sugar or carbohydrates, because my heart would go very fast. He just looked at me and said nothing.

    Hi Dr.Berg, my name is Leslie. I’m looking for the link to get the intracellular test done and I can’t find it.
    I’ve been dealing with heart palpitations for a little over three months now and it was getting really bad to where I walk up steps or take a shower and it starts acting up for about 15-20mins. I started taking magnesium. It helped a lot, but then it didn’t go away came back after a week, so I started taking Potassium, It also helped a lot but didn’t go away. It started coming back until I started putting a little bit of pink Himalayan salt in my water. I don’t know what to do because when I get the racing heartbeat by the time the ambulance comes or by the time I drive to the emergency room it goes back to normal, they do nothing for me after that. It’s stressing me out more day by day. Lucky after a little over a month of waiting my echo and stress test appointment is this Saturday Dec 10th. I also get chest pain with every beat on the left side that comes only when I have gas and even after belching. I’ve been severely constipated for a little over three months and haven’t had a bowel movement where today makes the sixth day. I never knew that hospitals would just send a person home that’s having multiple palpitations about 3 times a day for over 3 months. Some days I can’t even 5 AM because of this study hard heartbeat. I have a serious problem and I feel like the only way they’ll help me is if I come in the unconscious. I don’t understand why they are ignoring this for so long. I don’t smoke or drink. I haven’t vaped in a little over 3 months now. When I eat or drink water, it usually starts with the hard heartbeat, then fast palpitations when I stand or walk. I don’t know what to do
