Cottage by the Sea was the first diamond painting I completed. I had just purchased my first Diamond Painting in Feb and in March was the Chuck a long. So I decided to join. That canvas had horrible drills. I didn’t run out of any colors but the quality was not good. The Abs were fused together and I found a ton of tabs and hollow drills. The image is beautiful and made it all worth it. Still loving your channel! Happy New Year!

I've done 22 and some are tiny ones and amazon before I knew... I just started end of Aug. 2021.LOL.. I am more picky now so doing DAC and DD only from now on.. Your paintings are gorgeous. So landscapes are my favorite types of paintings and I know going in that it will be full of confetti so it doesn’t bother me one bit!! I loved every second of the Old Shoe House and didn’t mind the confetti of the Chuck I did. For some reason though it never crossed my mind that Kitty Cuddles, Divine Instinct, and especially Crazy Cat Lady would have confetti in them!! Lol!!!! I’m like you where I prefer a mix of both so I don’t get burnt out!!! Ohhh the black borders! I used acrylic paint and command strips!! I actually plan to upload a tutorial on it tomorrow!!!! So many beautiful paintings. You were really getting them done. If I had to pick a favorite it would be Kitty Cuddles. I just love the rendering and even though you hated the confetti it made it look so good. The black borders you painted look really nice and is a good way to be able to hang them and not have to spend those big bucks on framing. Thanks for sharing all of your awesome paintings. You as always did a great job. Your voice is so soothing, I haven’t slept a lot the past few days and you put me to sleep just before the bathtub painting. 😂 i woke up 30 minutes later and the video was done so I had to go back and watch the rest of the video. There was a tremendous amount in the Springtime Meadow painting. But other than that I’ve never had any issues with DAC quality. I love their new drills too. I noticed you painted the white margins black. It looks very nice. Did you frame them too? Or how did you hang them?
Awwww Diana thank you!!!!🥰❤️❤️ Yesss gaps are my pet peeve too. I’m sorry that Springtime Meadow gave you a hard time. I have that one too so I thank you for that heads up! I agree with you that those new drills are spectacular!!! Unlike any other!!! They are now the best on the market!!! So with the borders I used acrylic paint on them. Since the color was dark I didn’t even bother to wipe away the ink. I just painted right on top of it. And I used command strips to hang them. No frame!! I use the black Velcro heavy duty command strips. They usually come with 2 sizes within the same package so for really large pieces I use the largest ones. I have had some paintings hanging for 4+ months and they haven’t fallen or shown any signs of falling!! Thank you again Diana for supporting this video and for your beautiful compliments. Hi Rachel. I love the variety of paintings you did. I’m confused though by the DAC old drill as opposed to new drill. I have bought some of their paintings but have not done them yet. Which one is better? BTW. I loved your crazy cat lady. I’ve considered getting it. I think the rendering turned out well.

Jacquelyn!!!! Hi!!!🥰❤️!! Thank you for watching this video!!! So DAC has started producing their own diamonds now!!! So for round drills they will still have 26 facets however they are now cut more sharply which makes them sparkle and shimmer wayyyy more!! With square drills, the old diamonds have 9 and 13 facets on them. The new square drills will only have 13 facets so they are also soooo much more shiny and glisten like crazy!! It looks like glass!!! They are amazing!!! So the new drills are definitely better then the old ones however the old drills are exactly what you get from other companies that use resin drills. So they are still good but not great like DACs new drills!! DAC started incorporating the new drills last summer and it is still a transition period so some of the colors in your kit may be a mixture of new or old drills!! I have a video up where I show the difference between the new and old drills if you wanted to check it out!!! I go in depth!!! Crazy Cat Lady is one of my all time favorite pieces I’ve ever done!! All of your paintings are beautiful and beyond. My question is, what do you do with them now that they are completed? They are so large and I was just wondering, how do you store them even though I am sure that you display some of them on your walls. But what do you do with the rest? Do you roll them up and store them in their boxes? I am just wondering for myself as I will soon have this problem to deal with also. Your comments would be greatly appreciated. Some I only do because I like the image but have no intention of displaying. Those I either gift or roll them back up and put them in their boxes. Most end up back in the boxes!! I used to get the cheaper ones from like Amazon which are nice and diamond dotz are great too but they are just no comparison with diamond art clubs attention to detail and the quality of the drills especially the abs I am impressed and I have 13 more diamond art club paintings to do. I am gonna be busy all year

I haven't seen the sneak peeks how do you see them. I am a huge fan of lighthouses and so I am def fan girling to get marine to life and the old sea cottage. The Halloween ones are amazing too. The ones that I got and I don't know if u have done these were sneaky cat, soulmates, valentine spaniel, wizard kitty, coffee cup, Maine coon and cupcake king Charles puppy Christmas ,rose with music sheet, last autumn days. Then ny boyfriend bought me rhe cabin and cottage by the sea so I'm gonna be very busy with those but there are more that I def want my wish list is getting long

On Facebook they have the VIP Group which you can be a member of since you have so many kits from them. Wow. Just wow. I keep saying I don’t know how someone can complete a painting so quickly, even with multi placing, which I’ll never do. I definitely don’t do enough time, per day, on my paintings. I would love to see you do a tutorial on how you get those borders painted, and also how you hang them. Did I see Velcro on the back of your sons painting, Little Helpers? Have you hung others?
You what Joe initially I didn’t feel like I had done that many but watching the video back I was thinking oh okay I guess it’s a decent amount. The square canvases really slow me down. Squares just take forever to do and I know you had a large square you were doing. Plus you single place and are very precise with your placement. Those are things that will slow you down. Then like you said you don’t spend a lot of time dp’ing. I try to get at least 3-4 hours in every 2-3 days. More if I can! Then I multi place as much as I can. It does effect my drill placement though because I’m still not good at it. But multi placing shaves so much time off doing a painting. The most I can do that will still look decent is a 4 placer. But initially I only would place 2 at a time. I would use the 4 placer but only pick up 2 drills. Then I moved to 3 and now I’m at 4. I recently tried a 7 and 10 placer and annoyed myself so I’m back at 4. Do you think you would ever consider trying to place 2 at once? I will definitely do a video on how I paint and hang a painting! I will try to have it up this weekend!! And yessss you did see velcro on that painting!!! I use Command heavy duty Velcro strips. And they work wonderfully!! They come in 2 sizes within the same package and for larger paintings I use the large size strips. I have hung others! Every painting that had a black border I have hanging in various places in my house!! I mainly keep them in the room I film in and my sons room. I want to do a beautiful landscape in 2022 that will fit with my living room and hang one in there! I’m excited to see what that would look like! Or maybe I could put Button Eye in there!! Lol!!!

Heyyy Kelly!!! ❤️ I use Masters Touch Acrylic paint from Hobby Lobby. I use a medium size brush to paint the sides. You know what Kelly? Some paint does get on the side of some diamonds! But it’s really hard to tell! I plan on making a video on how I paint the borders and I will make sure I show a closeup on Kitty Cuddles to show how paint got on some of the white drills! Christina Lorre is amazing!!! I feel the same as you that I try to support any black art that comes out. DAC doesn’t have a lot of pieces but I’ve noticed they have started trying. I hope that continues. They have one called Abundant Dreams by Dimitra Milan. Then Kitty Cuddles by Christine Karron. Then Dark Moon by Alb Villero. There is Moon Goddess by Sarah Moustafa. She is so pretty!! They recently had one called Girl Reading that was discontinued. I think she may be sold out now. Then all the ones from Christina! They definitely need to step it up though. ❤️❤️

Heyyy Bobbi!!!! ABs are aurora borealis diamonds. It’s a diamond with an rainbow iridescent coating on them that makes them sparkle more intense then regular diamonds!! All of DACs releases from the last couple years have included multiple ABs in every painting!! They are gorgeous!!! Thank you so much for supporting this video!!💜💜💜💜💜
