What’s more is for the first time I saw it from the view of my father who sat in those bleachers and was so proud of me. I just dropped my son off at the hotel today. He will be leaving on a bus for Fort Dix/McGuire tomorrow and then on another bus to Philly International to get on a plane that will take him to South Carolina where he will get on another bus to Fort Jackson.

I remember the day I graduated from basic training, it was Oct 31,2006. I honorably served 11 yrs 5 months 3 days and medically retired as a SFC.
I will graduate on Oct 31, 2022 :)
