Can you do one on some dumbell leg exercises. Like farmers squats and goblet squats and calf raises.
I started to go to PF and have been there 3 times. Every time I go I feel odd. Just out of place. Not that I care if someone is looking at me, I just feel dumb. Im just trying to lose weight, but looking at every machine first is odd. I just dont like public places in general anymore as I am an introvert
