The home was perfect until I saw there was no tub in the master 😫 and for low 5’s they should’ve tiled the secondary bathrooms 😞 Still gorgeous and the staging was perfection.

Not sure how I missed this comment! A lot of the space would be used as entertainment space, but at least 1 room for sure.The builders aren't finishing the area, so it would be up to the buyer!

You do a nice job with th walk through. But this builder is unrealistic. Fiberglass tub, unfinished basement, no sink in laundry room, carpet, on a 500k home. No way. Way over priced by 200k.....ATL PRICES are out of control. Not your fault of course.

This house is to big in the master not to have a stand alone tub and built in the closet and the a unfinished basement it should be totally done for the price of the house otherwise it's very nice
