Beautiful on the outside only. Definitely not worth the money I know they are asking. Rooms are way too small and hallways are very narrow. And who chose the hideous green for the accent wall. You have to go in changing the color.
lol! Could work for someone not wanting too many rooms! I agree, at that price point, I would want more land, but someone that wants to be near the city, has a small family or lives alone would be great.

I don't see anything in this Community for $350 anywhere. Which ones are $350??
Hey! This community has different phases and floor plans including townhomes and lofts.There is an Aria North and Aria South. Some of the floor plans are 1 bedroom lofts and those homes are in the 300's. Townhomes are in the high 500's and up depending on custom upgrades. The lofts have sold out.

Yes it does! You might have to watch it again to see it.

It has one, just not shown because it was locked. When I go up each level its the door right in front of the stairs.🙌🏾
