Looks very cool also they finally broke the trend of the main digimon is dino/dragon,Now I want so se some evolution maybe we already seen them an theses are there rookie levels.
I do miss the significance of the dinosaur digimon, however I do like someone relatively new. I'm sure it will have at least 1 "greymon" form. I wish they keep putting our games like cyber sleuth, or find a way to invigorate the brand. I prefer digital monsters over pocket monsters
God my mental warning lights are going nuts on this one im about to make tri officially season 7 (atleast in my own head) so we can keep up the order of good and bad (1 good 2 bad 3 good etc)
***** I think we have Toei to blame. There isn't Much Crunchyroll could do. A similar issue happened with the Corpse Party OVA. It was a movie that was shown in Japanese theaters but for some reason they split it into 4 parts (and released 2 volumes on the same day with half of the movie on each). The whole thing felt a movie too. Too bad the Corpse Party ova was crap to begin with lol
+Ricardo Contreras im aware of that but do the math if each movie can be seperated into 4 episodes it equals 24 episodes total about the length of a regular anime plus digimon has always had a thing where the odd number season were good and the even number were bad and the odd numbers always follow the rules of the original show while the even number seasons either add somethig new (armor evolution) or is completely different (xros fusions and spirit evolutions) so if we count tri as season 7 (as originally it was going to be before it got changed to a movie series) the pattern continues which would imply this season if going to be along the lines of xros wars then the next season will be back to the basics that we all prefer
+Ricardo Contreras i agree completely with that that was one of the absolute worse crossovers ive ever seen But what about xros wars was brillaint? It wasnt any better every attempt to be deep was laughable at best (so many holes in taikis backstory...) the 6th child characters barely did anything and dissapeard for half the show and taikis 2 friends did LITERALLY nothing the only reason Akari came with taiki to the final fight was to immediatly breakdown into tears when taiki got picked up by the villain (and dont even get me started on the out of nowhere backflip taiki does) why were thise two even there? and thats just a few of problems the show has There is one single good episode in my opinion the one with the first appearence of zekegreymon right in the middle of the show episode 30 i think everything else actually hurt to watch
digifan02 it's been years since I last watched Xros Wars. I'm more familiar with it than Fusion. I can't really remember anything note worthy besides the first episode maybe? My memory of it is pretty vegue and forgot about it after 15 episodes into the series because it was still airing in Japan at that time.
I really want them to bring evolution back..... what I disappointed about is most of the Digimons look like a robotic creatures... and their design is not that creative as the old ones....
So far I'm really digging these designs
