I used to mountain bike there 15-20 years ago cause that was all benton county had to offer for trails at the time. Used to ride bike across suspension bridge. Id ride up right side of dam and make it to top without getting off. Id top 40mph going down left side of dam.

All fun and games until you hear sirens from the woods
I’m blessed to live in Bella Vista and run an AirBnB here. I have sent a lot of my guests to this trail as it’s great for all ages! They always rave about this! That waterfall is crazy huge after we’ve had a lot of rain! Hence the area on the overlook that is blocked. The falls were so huge they washed away some of the under support to that overlook! It was CRAZY!
