not a fan of coconut myself. not sure what to think.. but i would sure giver it a try. they all look and sound like solid sauces. great ingredients.

I really like the coconut milk ingredient. Are they fermented? Or do they need refrigeration? Great review Bill.

Thanks again Bill for the thorough and wonderful review. D'Artagnan, thanks for taking time to watch and to comment. Merline's has "Refrigerate after opening" on bottle to be on the safe side. But Merline and I don't refrigerate after opening ; ). We like it better non-refrigerated and have never had a problem with it going bad. In some cases, we've had bottles that we didn't finish for months and were not refrigerated and flavor was consistent. Normally though, we consume bottles within a couple of weeks. Again, it's never been a problem for us.
